The staff was really nice and the birthday party that was going on was handled well. The kids had fun with all the activities. Kind of like organized chaos. Good way to spend an hour or so and burn off all that energy read more

What a horrible new manager! Rude and absolutely refused to honor our passes because they were originally purchased as a gift to me, and were put in MY name! I've never had an issue there before and the owner lady has been super nice and helpful when I met her last year. Will not be back until that manager is gone. read more

The waiver process is a little maddening but once you're in, there's plenty for kids to do, whether you have a coach-guided class or you just want to fool around. There are three coaches working with groups of kids at the moment and everyone seems to be having a good time. Even the coaches. You can walk in or make an appointment. You can throw a party here. Space is generous and equipment availability gets an A+. Healthy snacks and drinks are available. Temperature control is NICE. Lots of room for parents to work while waiting. No electrical plugs at the tables. Parking is not a problem at all. The place is immaculate. read more

We attended a birthday party there. Kids had a great time racing, climbing, and hanging around. Shoes and socks are required. They will let you rent them for $5. Variety of skills set needed for each obstacle. It's a lot harsher than it looks. You can buy snacks and drinks, but it's a limited selection. Establishment is clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

My family and I are visiting from SA for our son's summer camp and found this place 3 minutes away, so we thought we would try it out since he loves all things ninja. He could not wait to get going. The check-in person was prompt and had him on his way in no time. The floor staff were attentive to him as he tried out different obstacles. He played non-stop for an hour and wished he could have stayed longer. Definitely a clean, well-organized, and fun place to let your ninja play and practice his/her skills. read more

My daughter went to a birthday party there. She is two weeks away from 5, they would not let her participate. However, they let another girl whose birthday was the same week in, and a second who was younger by a month or two. They were arbitrary and rude while my daughter was bawling that she couldn't play with her classmates. Pretty upsetting as a parent. read more

We had such a blast! There is truly something for everyone here. My five year old loved running the courses in the front on repeat while kids of all ages practiced elements, and raced one another. Then in the back there are the larger/more advanced areas where I practically had to peel my husband away at closing time. Can't wait to take a class with my husband (and no kids)! This will be a fantastic spot for birthday parties and after-school/summer programs to beat the heat! read more

Good, clean, new equipment! Staff members were nice and supportive. My 11 year old daughter and her friend had a great time!

We rented their mobile ninja course for our kids event at church. We had about 300 kids show up. Ninja Nation, especially Tatiana, was fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable with what would fit our event best. They were fantastic to work with. Tatiana stayed in constant contact and helped with any technical issues we had. They should up early to set up. And when we had to move the location of the course, at last minute because of weather, they were very flexible and just rolled with it. Their staff was efficient and so much fun. They kept the kids engaged, excited, and encouraged them. Many of our kids struggled with certain aspects of the course and their staff just encouraged them thru it. I didn't see one child get frustrated or quit in the middle of the course. And if there was a lull, their staff did fun things on the course to keep the hype up. When all was said and done, they cleaned up the entire space and you didn't even know they were there. They were worth the price! Very professional. read more
