I received 3 confirmations, an email on Nov 10, a text confirmation on Sunday Dec 4 and email confirmation on Monday Dec 5. (See photos). When I arrived on Tuesday, Dec 6 at 3:45 pm, the doors were locked and the lights were on both on the upper and basement floor. I called 4 times leaving 2 voicemails alerting them my husband and I have arrived for our couples massage scheduled for 4pm. After 25 min an employee came to door, asked us why were there and proceeded to tell us their computer scheduling system shut down and they did not have our appointment, nor were there any masseuses there to conduct the service. After showing her my 3 confirmations she said there was nothing she could do. I am still very confused how I was alerted 3 times but they weren't? She took down my information, and told me someone would be calling to follow up, it's been over a week and I have yet to receive a phone call or email. I am so disappointed I chose this spa to celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary. I highly recommended looking elsewhere if interested in any kind of spa service.
