This small wellness studio is the first of its kind, specializing in cold plunges, saunas, and massages. I booked all three to celebrate my birthday. This spa felt like a taste of the Pacific Northwest in Southern California. The space was claiming, isolated, and they pay attention to the smallest of details. The sauna/cold plunge rooms are built for two. While the space is booked singularly, you can add on an additional person $25. This room also comes with a shower and you can even order a fancy THC beverage to lean into the experience. I personally love a cold plunge, but pairing it with a sauna was.. chefs kiss. I couldn't image a better way to start a new year. The massage was incredible as well. You can tell when someone knows the human anatomy and their expertise branch into physical therapy. My masseuse massaged muscles that have never been touched before. While the membership is pricey, I could seriously see myself coming here daily if I lived closer. Life would be much nicer with Wren in it.

Grace mentioned how disappointed she was by the reviewer saying they were a "happy-ending" massage place, and I can imagine how difficult that must be for a small business owner like her. Don't let that reviewer deter you from getting a massage here. A few things that I didn't mind (especially given the price) that other people might: she's the owner, so she had the phone in the room, and took very brief calls when people called to schedule a massage, but her phone was on vibrate, she spoke very softly and the calls were often less than 15 seconds long. She did also leave the room briefly to welcome a customer, but was only gone for a minute or two. For the price, I have no complaints.

They seem to have gone out of business so I used Tranquil Thai Massage. I had booked a 90-minute massage. The owner/manager told me they would give me an experienced therapist. The woman who massaged me used her elbows a lot and pushed so hard I would wince (I'm a pretty tough guy). She asked if she should go lighter. I said yes, and after a couple minutes she would press too hard again, continuing to use her elbow a lot. When she finished, I gave her a $20 tip. After dressing and starting to leave, the manager tried to pressure me to give more. I told her no, this is what I want to give. I guess they don't understand that a tip is based on satisfaction, not just on a percentage of the bill. The day after, I hurt all over and the pain lingered for two weeks. I have never had this feeling after a massage. I'm wondering how she was trained. Based on these negative experience, I will NOT be using their services again.

I'm seven months pregnant and confirmed ahead of time (multiple times) that prenatal massage was offered. When we arrived, the therapist seemed surprised and said it would have to be "very light." What I received was not a massage--just oil being lightly spread with no technique and just very lightly rubbing my skin, no muscle work, and several areas skipped entirely. She lightly touched a small area of my skin at my upper back/shoulder, touched my neck once or twice. My arms, majority of my back and my legs were skipped. At one point the same spot on my foot was lightly touched for an extended period with no purpose. My husband's experience was just as disappointing. I looked over and saw his therapist sitting on her phone with her feet propped up on the massage table while he was lying face down. When she noticed me watching, she got up and resumed briefly. My husband later confirmed this happened multiple times. She also took a phone call during the session. Overall, this felt very unprofessional and not at all what was advertised. A complete waste of time and money. We try to be understanding, especially with potential language barriers, but this visit felt like a significant mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered. For the price, we expected a baseline level of professionalism and service that just wasn't met.

I have tried other places but this one is the best. And the price is right. Every now and then my wife comes as well and she has really benefitted from the massages with Danny.
