I made a last minute appointment on a Sunday, about a week ago, sorry for the delayed review! The massage started by paying and tip (a little odd, but oh well). Went back into the room and proceeded to get the hour long full body massage with body scrub. The massage was excellent. Sara packs a punch and absolutely knew what she was doing. Now that I've been to 2 different massage places I feel like I have something to compare this one to. Just recently I went in for my first massage and was shocked that this was something I was just discovering. I've been here twice so far and both times have been exceptional. I felt completely relaxed and just wanted to nap after the massage. The only difference between this and the reflexology that I'm comparing it to is the private room and I felt like reflexology focused more on critical areas that you mention and help get rid of any knots and what not. I made a last minute reservation for an hour session on a Wednesday night and was helped immediately. The deep tissue massage was thorough, and Yo-yo was very diligent in trying to work out the knots in my back and neck. Price was more affordable than other spots. I go to massages a lot both in the US and China. This was my first visit to this shop. On a Sunday mid-afternoon, it was not busy. I was assigned Selena, a young, tall woman from Beijing. She is skilled and strong. I recommend her. Unfortunately, she only works four days a week. The place is clean. The room is comfortable. Clean and professional environment, the ladies are great at what they do, and are compassionate about there work, always making sure I'm doing okay during my massage. Lisa is very friendly and helps make appointments quite easily. Martina, one of the more experienced masseuse, provides and excellent deep tissues massage. She is also very detailed and thorough. Martina and Joanna are the best my husband and I experienced. We went in filled with deep pain on husbands lower back due to his recent injuries and my neck pain due to remote work with laptop and lack of ergonomic equipment at home. We went for the 60 min couple massage that was deep tissue with hot stones. We laughed the whole time and relaxed out tensions both physical and mental. We walked out with soreness and happy hearts. The next day was still sore but we were all smiles. The third day, we felt rejuvenated and new in both our mental and physical health. This was the best massage I have had in 4 years since I was in Taiwan! I called when I was driving and within 10mins they got me in. I like a strong massage, and wow did this girl deliver! When I got there, the place was nice and clean. Calm music and a bug fountain in entry. The receptionist was nice but limited english, which was fine. She knew the basics. They had me paid before my session which was also fine with me. Once in the room, the sheets and towels were clean as was the room. I noticed the bars on the ceiling and realized these people knew what they were doing! One my masseuse came in, she asked what i wanted her to focus on and then She asked if she could walk on me.... yes PLEASE. She then proceeded to give me the best massage I have had in over 4 years. She walked on my, focused on my trouble spots (legs and shoulders) and then used hot oil to massage my arms and neck. After 35 hours of travel today I really needed this to relax. Coming into Santa Ana for 24 hours after a sleepless night and a rental car sleep upcoming tonight before an early AM flight tomorrow, I was feeling wonky and this place was everything I needed. Excellent massage - the therapist knew just what spots needed extra work - shoulders, neck, IT bands. The facility is lovely and clean and has a shower, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The prices are half those I'd find at home. Expectations surpassed - body like jello. Obviously I highly recommend, especially for weary travelers. :) read more

So Honestly $50 was a little much since I'm used to paying $40 for hour with hot stone but whatever, got the free hot stone after you check in. I wasn't all that satisfied so I wasn't going to leave a tip because I felt the lady massaging me wasn't all that focused since she was running the front as well. And as I'm walking out there's a man sitting up front who stops from leaving because I didn't tip. I always tip generously, especially when it's earned. I wasnt happy & had already paid $50. I happened to see this place have very nice reviews and wanted a body massage after a very tiring day. Both me and my boyfriend went there only get extremely disappointing body massage ever. I've read reviews about Martina..but I am very very dissatisfied with how she dealt with us. I had grace do my massage and Martina was giving a massage to my boyfriend. Grace was great! She had an amazing technique and was very very good..she also went overtime by concentrating on giving me a good massage. Martina at the end..rushed to me to get done on time and started scrubbing me skin like it would rip off!!she then started to rush me saying "get up..turn around fast"!..just so she could get me out of the massage room again by saying"go quick..move out of the bed" for a quick shower. Well..this experience was topped with stopping us for more tip even After giving generous amount! I can't hide my expressions when I face such situations..and my face clearly showed that I was extremely disappointed! Martina tries to talk me into it saying "it was a good massage right"! The massage was very good, and my masseuse was great. She's new to this location and knows what she's doing. She could tell my back and hips were a little off and realigned them. She worked the parts of my back to lessen the tension and by the time I left I had better range of motion and no pain. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the staff is very kind. I came in here right when they first opened and wasn't sure what to expect. I used one of their opening promotions for a 60 min massage and got so much value out of it! I got a massage from Judy who has over 13 years of experience. It was so relaxing! She used the perfect amount of pressure and was skilled at finding the tense spots in my back. I find so often that amateur masseuses just dig straight in and use brute force to get out knots but you could tell how much experience Judy had by how careful and purposeful she was in her movements. I walked out feeling more relaxed than I had been in months! If you want a great value, go here! They are kind and prompt with walk-ins but you will have the best luck if you call ahead so they can plan accordingly. read more

When I saw all the positive reviews for this place, I thought it was the perfect place to get a couples massage with my boyfriend. I was dead wrong. What I received was not only the worst massage I've ever received, but one of the most unprofessional business practices I've ever seen. To give the front desk credit, they are quick to answer the phone. They answer questions over the phone and they do appointments. However, after we started the massage it soon became apparent that the massage therapist, if I could stoop so low to call her that, was obviously untrained and was being instructed verbally during the massage by the older woman massaging my boyfriend. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She frequently try to massage my bone and clearly did not have any sort of hand strength to actually make any impact on my back. It didn't feel good, it didn't help my back, and it really ticked me off. I didn't get a massage to be vaguely rubbed by a 15 year old girl who had no idea What she was doing. It's incredibly unprofessional to train your staff without acknowleding what you're doing to your clients and charge them full price. Such a bait and switch. I realize now that they thought "Oh, there's a pair in there that's the perfect time to train the new girl." No, no please give people who pay for service the service they pay for. I do feel sort of bad because that girl was very aware of how p***** off I was. And when I saw in the light it was clear she was very young and inexperienced, and was probly just attempting to do what she was told. She was near tears. I honestly would have just left if my boyfriend wasn't there and I really did not want to make a scene. If it was just me out of got no from walked out 5 minutes in. There's no excuse for these sort of business practice's, and it speaks volumes about how this business is run and what type of product you expect to receive. If they cut corners on training, they likely cut corners on everything else. For all we know they don't wash the towels. They also clearly don't hire anyone with any real training. Only thing that made me happy from this experience is when I left I made sure to tell the gentleman coming in my experience there and he turned around and got right back in his car left. To be fair, my boyfriend received an okay massage. It's not worth the price with all the competition in the area. I will obviously never be back and I will be sure to tell everyone in the area to avoid this place. Hopefully they see this review and decide to never to train their staff on a paying client. read more
