After getting lucky with a cancellation, I got a same day appointment to detail my extended SUV. Ruslan was very personable, accommodating, and kind. We agreed on a price and the service was described as 'a detailed interior and washed exterior.' While I enjoyed a lunch and movie date with my cousin, this man, literally, bolted out all of my seats, removed my car's interior carpet and scrubbed everything until it looked better than brand new. Smelled like a new car while simultaneously having no 'cleaning product' smell to it, whatsoever. I paid $60 for the exterior and interior wash plus tip which they ask for at the beginning on the iPad. The exterior was only as clean as if I had gone to a regular drive through car wash. No special care taken to clean off the few specks of sap or bugs. The floor mats were drenched. The dashboard was literally dirtier than when it went in because there was plant material, lint, and dog hair all over (I don't own a dog). They missed swaths of the front windshield and they didn't clean the back window at all. It smelled like wet dog inside. The cafe area for waiting was freezing cold and the cafe was closed at 8am. In total I waited over 35 minutes.
