This is what new car smell should be. Michelle and the team at Redmond Auto Salon saved me from feeling like I had to sell my truck. My back window was damaged in the most recent PNW storms water damage and mold growth ruining the interior. After only a few days they had cleaned it so well that it smells better than a new car. It's that unmistakable, peaceful feeling that there aren't mold spores flying everywhere on top of this really nice crisp scent from the natural cleaners they use. I am super sensitive to VOCs and just spent a couple of hours in my truck taking meetings because it was so comfortable. It makes me feel guilty that I had no done this for my truck sooner. I'm so surprised by the negative reviews working at Microsoft for about 25 years I think I've had these folks wash my cars 50 times and it's always been great. The value of the straight wash and vacuum is outstanding and I think their detail rates are really hard to beat, add to that the convenience especially if you're working at Microsoft. I got the Express Detail for my Tesla Model Y but it was not cleaned at all. There were mud stains on the exterior that were not cleaned and the interior was just as it was. On asking they said the Express Detail only is a wipe down of the seat and steering wheel, they don't vacuum the insides. It was clearly not what was advertised. Even the consoles were dusty and dirty. My side mirrors were not cleaned either. This was not worth the almost $100. read more

Complete waste of time. They booked appointment. I dropped the car on time. They took the key told me it will take longer than 1 hour. I accepted and went to a meeting. 30 mins later the person calls. Can't do it today. It's too crowded. Should I leave your key with the car which was parked in front. No please don't. I don't want it stolen. I go back and pickup my car. 10 mins later, I am back in my office. They call to tell me that they gave a diff Tesla card key (I hadn't seen it because I use my phone). read more

We dropped our vehicle off for a wash the guy told us it would be $40 out the door but I called back to add interior window washing and when I asked what the total price was going to be she told me $99. (79 plus 19). They argued with me saying they didn't see the vehicle when it was dropped off so the other guy misquoted. I said I was told 40 for the express wash why did you switch it to wash and vacuum without my permission!! He told me their online price is different because it was under construction when it wasn't (girl in background was yelling the website is correct). The website shows an express wash as 45.99 but he kept telling me it was 55. Their pricing is all over the board. They are rude and claiming I was looking at the wrong website. Kept saying it's only a couple dollars different. That's beside the point. Bait and switch is wrong!! Being in the Microsoft basement you should treat your customers a little better than this if you want return business. We will spread the word of how bad this company is! We picked up the vehicle and left. read more

I work at MSFT. Seen this place for awhile but never went there due to the poor reviews. Anyway, I had rodents nesting in the engine bay of my beautiful immaculate Mustang GT the last week or so. Opened the hood up and saw some droppings and paw prints (to my horror). Called these guys as I was busy with work and John, the new manager (who is a few weeks into the job, but an experienced detailer) picked up the phone, fit me in the same day and cleaned up the engine BEAUTIFULLY for 40 bucks or so while I worked upstairs. He covered the sensitive parts with bags, sprayed degreaser and hosed it down. Very happy, will be back again as long as he is manager. read more

Mostly a decent job but lacking attention to detail. I've used them twice now. First time they didn't vacuum under one of the floor mats - I notified the business and got a ambivalent reply, didn't even say sorry. Decided that everyone deserves a second chance. 2nd visit they got the floor mats but failed to wipe down part of the body work properly so I have a 95% beautiful car and 5% with long drip marks. Given the last response I'm not going to bother notifying them. I've not totally given up on them but I'm going to try some other services before I come back here. read more

Do what you say your going to do! The first time? The second time? I am very disappointed with these guys. Took my car in for the full detail. I got the car back just prior to the promised time but noticed that they washed it and put wax over the dirt. They didn't decontaminate and clay the paint and didn't polish anything. They claimed they don't know what happened. I came back the next day and they mostly detailed it. Still found pitch and dirt in places. The interior looked good although it didn't look like treated the leather. I got home as I forgot to check the engine compartment.. They didn't even touch it. What's the deal? I feel like they try to get away with not doing what was listed in the package and ask you questions on whats important to you. I wont ever be going back here. Do your JOB! read more

So I called before doing the full package detail to ask if they can remove the scratches on my car and if they would condition my leather seats, got both positive answers. But actually they neither remove the scratches (this I can understand) nor do the conditioning (seats looks no big difference). Worst thing (without this I would give a 3.5 star rating) is they lost my apt's parking permit hung tag which would cost $150 for a replacement. I called to ask if they have it, they said no with very inpatient attitude. Disappointed. read more

The first time I got my car done here it was phenomenal. The second time was just a shoddy job, and they somehow got my mat stuck on the gas pedal. Nothing happened until I was on the road. It must have been just enough so that nothing happened until the pedal was depressed further than what you would do in a parking lot. It certainly freaked me out, my engine revving, until I figured out what was happening... In the middle of traffic. read more

Have to give a star because we cant give a 0. I took my car in for a wash. Got back my car all scratched up. I see scratches on the hood, along the windshield everywhere. The guys starts selling me the "polish and wash package" that would get rid of the scratches. Why the f*** did you put them there in the first place. Not just this, I don't think they even washed the car, looks like just cleaned it with a dry cloth that lead to all the scratches. The windshield and the hood still has spots on it. Extremely disappointed with their service. read more

The staff were professional. They were responsive on the phone every time I called. I did an exterior detail with mini interior - I got my work done at the 4th underground floor at the Commons at Microsoft. (if you want to do just a car wash, you still have to schedule online at gowash.me) They did a great job cleaning my Highlander. In the end, they just charged me for a hand wash and wax because it did not need paint correction. (so the total was 165 instead of 230), that was really honest of them. If I were to very picky, one area for improvement is that the front plastic part could have been cleaned better - the smudges on the front are more noticeable when it's sunny, granted, it hasn't been cleaned for a while for I took it in. Other than that, the exterior looks like new. Great job! read more

Staff were friendly, scheduling was easy (though took a couple of days due to their backlog), service was provided on time. The actual car wash, which was provided onsite at my work location, was done very well. The fundamental problem I have is that, I would expect some more basic interior work like wiping down the dash, spraying the windshield, and other dusting, not just a vacuum. Since there are other car wash and detail places in Redmond that do more for less money, an onsite service is not worth the premium, especially when the interior work I wanted done would be significantly more expensive according to their price schedule. read more

Very very impressed with the professional impeccable service I received at Redmond Auto Salon. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, I only wish more companies were like them. I was not able to drop off my car so they came and picked it up to help out. They did an outstanding job on my 9.5 year old 4 runner, the inside/outside detail was the best I have seen. They were able to buff out swirl marks that I created and brought the paint back to a shiny luster. I am already booking appointments for our other vehicles and referring my co-workers.
