It looks like new again. I have an older car (2008) and had just put $2,800 into engine work and brakes, and I thought, "if I'm going to keep this car, I want it to look good again," so I paid a little extra and got the engine cleaned, as well. The only thing I'd do differently is Armor All the tires, but I can do that myself.

After hearing all my friends talk about their ceramic coatings for years, I decided to investigate…read morewhen I bought a new vehicle. I talked to the shop that most of my friends used, and then to EAS after another friend recommended them (as he was having them coat a new vehicle). I really enjoyed the experience with EAS. I think they were a smidge less expensive than the other shop, but what really impressed was the Modesta Coatings, and the atmosphere of the shop. Joey and Michelle are really easygoing and flexible - they were able to do shift things around to do my vehicle when I was out of town. Then they invite you back a few weeks later to instruct you on how to correctly wash the vehicle (and wash it for you). Then you leave with a goody bag of products to make sure the coating will be maintained correctly. They have a full compliment of wash products in the shop, which are very competitively priced which makes it easy to support a local business, and handle occasional Q&A. I would highly recommend Eastside Auto Salon!

Glass smeared, door jambs not dry, trunk rubber still dirty, back cup holder not cleaned, some headrest not wiped down. I would have done just as good minus the great trunk vacuum job taking it to Brown Bear and save myself a few hundred dollars. Lesson learned.

Scott got me in within 24 hours. He finished up in under 4 for a very thorough complete detailing. The exterior looks like new. The paint shines and the original luster is back. He fixed a few small chips too, which I wasn't expecting. The inside smells new and the seats and carpet stains are gone. All the skuff marks on the back of the front seats (kids) and the dog hair from the cargo area are gone too. Scott did a great job and I will go back to him if needed. This probably won't be for a bit because I feel the new look will last for at least a year, depending on weather.

Incredible Work - Gold-Winning Detail!…read more I had my Mustang detailed by Josh at Josh's Auto Detail right before a car show where cleanliness and presentation are a huge part of the judging criteria. Let me just say--Josh absolutely knocked it out of the park. He brought out the deep, rich red of the paint like I've never seen before. The car didn't just shine--it sparkled. Every inch of it looked flawless, from the interior leather and carpets to the wheels and the trim, and the exterior finish was so glossy it practically glowed under the sun. His service was beyond the reasonable price. I got luxury-level work for a fraction of what I expected to pay. Thanks to Josh's expert detailing, my Mustang won Gold at the show! I have no doubt his attention to detail and passion for his work made all the difference. If you want your car to look its absolute best--whether for a show or just because it deserves it--Josh's Auto Detail is the only place to go. Highly recommended!

I have never been satisfied and always ended up leaving somewhat like I wasted my money and could have done a better job. After getting lucky with a cancellation, I got a same day appointment to detail my extended SUV. Ruslan was very personable, accommodating, and kind. We agreed on a price and the service was described as 'a detailed interior and washed exterior.' While I enjoyed a lunch and movie date with my cousin, this man, literally, bolted out all of my seats, removed my car's interior carpet and scrubbed everything until it looked better than brand new. Smelled like a new car while simultaneously having no 'cleaning product' smell to it, whatsoever. I thought my rims were a gunmetal grey; after Ruslan was finished with them, it turns out they're black! I am beyond impressed and regret ever going anywhere else. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and you can tell they put effort into the detailing. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I went there expecting a completely hand-washed experience. While they do hand-finish the car, it still goes through an automatic drive-through system, which can leave tiny scratches or swirl marks over time. For most people, this probably won't be a big issue, but if you're someone who is particular about your paint or specifically looking for a true touchless or fully hand-washed service, it's something to be aware of. That being said, they did a solid job overall, and I was happy with how clean the car looked inside and out. Just wish it was a genuinely 100% hand-wash operation as the name might suggest. Pricing is fairly cheap compared to other hand carwashes, so you do get the value you pay for.
