After getting three quotes, we chose Modern Touch because they came highly recommended by a friend and offered very fair pricing. We went with Vista SpectraSelect VS70 SR CDF. It wasn't the ceramic film we originally had in mind, but the specs were impressive: 53% solar energy rejection, over 99% UV protection, and 70% visible light transmission. In real life, we can barely tell the difference in brightness. A big factor for us was the warranty. Since exterior panes can sometimes crack when interior heat-reflecting film is added, we wanted to make sure glass breakage was covered. Robert assured us he has never had a window break from this film, and he also emailed us the manufacturer's warranty confirming coverage. Robert and his crew were professional, courteous, and efficient. They completed the entire wall of windows in one day and did a great job. I waited a few weeks to review because June was fairly cool, but after a couple of hot days, I can definitely feel the difference. Standing by the windows with the sun coming in, the room feels noticeably more comfortable. I'm really glad we did it, and I'm hopeful it will help reduce our electric bill too.

Hard pass on Isaac. I originally had him do my windshield in Rayno 35%. It was good and fine. So I…read moredecided to have him come back to retint the whole car because I wanted it darker. I went with 5% Rayno, and that's where it went wrong. Rayno offers 2 colors for tint so the 5% didn't match the one he used for the windshield, I wish I researched this but the 5% is brown and the windshield has a grey tone. He also sliced the rubber on the front fixed glass, he also didn't tint it all the way for the small front fixed glass. Personally for what I paid I'm not too far off from getting Xpel XR Plus. Yes I told him I'm disappointed and really it's a FYI but as a business owner he decided to just read my message and not reply. He clearly doesn't give a crap, he got my money and this review will not steer people away but I'm venting. I HAD tint and I was removing the glue and I told him I'm leaving the corners for him because I didn't want to cut the rubber and what do you know? He cuts and damages the rubber. I'm ordering replacement parts now for the damaged rubber seals to which the glass is attached to and will need to retint the car. So I'm going to be nearly $1000 down the hole for this ordeal. So thank you for taking my money.

They were able to schedule me to drop off my car and was awesome in rescheduling me when I wanted an earlier date! I loved the appointment reminders and confirmation texts. It tells me you prioritize your clients and respect their time and you're organized! We left our other tint shop because they got so disorganized and started taking too many people at once which forced delayed pickup. I'm taking almost 10PM. Anyway I wanted to give a shoutout to their front staff LEXI who was so responsive the day of my appointment when I had a hiccup that morning. She greeted us upon check-in, covered what we're there for and was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She also got us to add an extra service which we usually skip. However she presented to us the product, educated us on the "pros" and we went for it! We also informed them if they can get everything done at a specific time since we had our little human with us. She didn't promise but she said they'll try their very best and to contact me asap! The installers did just that. Lexi called us about 20 mins earlier than said time. Not only did they complete the job much earlier than we anticipated, their work was phenomenal! We were very pleased with the results when we saw the windows and windshield as well as a small PPF area that I wanted done, in person! Their pricing is very appropriate for the quality of their services and we are now using G5 as go-to for all things tint and PPF! Thank you G5 for being the best and for hiring such an incredible team! We wish you more success!
