Plus, I showed her a 1/2 page advertisement that was in the newspaper stating "After Christmas SALE up to 70% off". I had come in on 12/26 and there were only signs of 50% off! When I asked, what was 70% off, the girl at counter said it was online! But she couldn't find anything online that was 70% off! So very misleading! FALSE ADVERTISING!! They just straight up took my money and never delivered a couch I ordered and I am out $2600. They are the same Valyou furniture that had was on the news for doing this years ago. They sell to customers across state lines so it makes it difficult to sue. I can't include the pic of my couch because I don't have one. They said they couldn't refund my money because they no longer worked with my payment processor. They certainly will take the same Apple Pay Payment from anyone from my bank now. It's a scam.
