I do not know how this is possible as there are UPC scanning checks and balances in place to ensure that garments are not lost or delivered to the wrong person. My only assumption is that someone within John Anton's has taken the beautiful garment and is using it for a child they know of. The company has offered to reimburse the garment, but is not actively looking for it. They believe it was delivered to someone. Instead of calling their delivery clients they are waiting to see if someone notices an extra garment and returns it.
