Not only was he prompt, kind and honest, but he also suggested i let him take care of cleaning my drier vent. He took a quick look and said something is clogging it. At first, i was a bit suspicious, thinking he's trying to get more money from me, but when he pulled a huge bird's nest out of it i felt so blessed to have trusted him and letting him do his job. I can not express how good of an experience this has been! This company and Sunny deserve beyond 5 stars. Thanks!

Also a little concerned that they outsourced my job to another company. TX Air Care did give me a discount of approx $180, I still feel they would be better off just telling people the truth up front about additional charges may apply. Sadly I would not recommend them to anyone friends of mine. Wish them the best of luck moving forward. All that and just realized they never even cleaned my dryer vent......slackers!

A day before moving date I called to confirm and she tells me she can't do it it's Trinity tried to pawn me off on one of her friends to do the work but that's not who I scheduled with I found a mover do not use Trinity she left me high and dry her husband wanted $200 to patch a piece of sheet rock 9" x 9" forget it! Her reply is not accurate. Bottom line is when you book a company, they have the option at THAT TIME to tell you if it's too far, not right before move! Stand by my 1 !

We hired Savvy Clean Co. for a negotiated move-out clean and initially had a very positive…read moreexperience. Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent, they arrived on time, and expectations around the size and scope of the job were discussed and agreed upon in advance. Unfortunately, the experience changed once the work began. The property was left only partially cleaned, and we later received a text message stating the job would require multiple days to complete. That would have been completely understandable had it been communicated earlier, especially given the agreed scope of work. Instead, there was no advance notice that the job would not be finished, which left us with less than 24 hours to find another company to complete the cleaning before move-out deadlines. The second company was able to complete the work as expected, which made the lack of communication and incomplete service even more frustrating. Overall, the biggest issue was not needing extra time -- it was the absence of proactive communication and follow-through. Based on our experience, I would only recommend this company for much smaller jobs rather than larger move-out cleans. Unfortunately, the overall value was lost when we had to pay to have much of the work redone.

I tried to book a standard clean and was told "you need to do a deep cleaning" for the first time. I told the person I was talking to via text it wasn't necessary as I just wanted to focus on certain things in my dwelling. First of all, I communicated and told the person via text several times I wanted to do a walk-through after the ladies were done cleaning my place and because I had left my door unlocked!!! The person told me to be by my place by 6pm I was pulling up to my place at 5:55pm. I was greeted with a mountain of trash in the front of my place and all of my windows and blinds open for the entire state of Texas to see inside. I did a walk through on my own and found SEVERAL items missing!! I called and called no one answered. I continued my walk through and I'll let the pictures speak for itself. After trying to get in contact with management I was told "no one can call me because they aren't in the office" no does that make any sense? You need a phone to call a customer?? Today is going on day 3 I have not heard from this establishment, I have reached out only to be replied to rudely by some "secretary" via text. Do not let these reviews fool you. This place is a complete scam. Also to add insult to injury the cleaning crew picked up pillows from my dogs bed and put it on my bed! Pillows from the floor on a dog bed was placed on my bed where I sleep! Unbelievable.
