They came out to…read moreclean my kitchen tile on Saturday and left the tile in a dirtier state than when they arrived, with greasy cleaning chemical residue and clumps of dirt remaining on the tile. Since they are closed on Sunday, I was forced to clean up their mess myself after paying them close to $600 to do the job. They offered no apology and refused to provide any form of compensation for the fact that I was forced to complete the job myself. They simply expected me to wait the entire weekend with a greasy floor so that they could have an opportunity to clean it at a time convenient for themselves. If you do decide to use Zerorez, be sure to schedule a weekday appointment, otherwise you may get stuck with a filthy mess that you will have to clean yourself. See photos for the greasy residue that they added to my tile floor along with clumps of dirt and other marks, none of which were present on the tile before they arrived. Photos were taken 24 hours after service to provide time for any cleaning chemicals to evaporate.

Given the shape it was in,…read moreI would not have been at all surprised if they had both run off screaming into the street, waving their arms over their heads, at first sight of it. Instead, they just dug in and worked for four solid hours. By the time they were done, it looked better than it has in years. They made it shine, including in all the places that are hard to get to. I assume the two women who did this job are accustomed to cleaning houses. What I confronted them with was closer to a pig-pen. But they did the job to perfection, regardless. Would hire them again, no question about it.

Xiomara and Rosa came within the first hour of the time slot range and were out less than two hours later today. I will definitely continue using JVA and Victor does an amazing job running the company.

Let's clean was recommended to me by a friend and so I called for a quote. A few emails and a few…read morecalls later I finally got a call back. Huh. Then I got a quote via text for the size of my apartment and it was cheaper than other quotes I received, so I went for it. I haven't had a cleaner for a while so I even opted for a higher cost "deep clean". I left my door u locked and trusted them to clean without me present to watch (since it was recommended), but as soon as they arrived I was told via text that they need to upcharge me $50+ to do the services I ordered. They said they cannot finish the job in the 2 hours they had allocated for a "deep clean". So I asked how much time do they allocate for a regular clean? More than 1 hour I hope because I have never had a cleaner spend less than 2 hours on a regular clean. I assume for a deep clean they should allocate at least 3 hours, if not more. However, it was recommended and I truly needed a deep clean so I agreed to it. When I came back I will tell you that not only were deep clean items not done as promised (I asked for a list of things deep clean would include), such as the oven, the fridge, and basic kitchen countertop appliances, but the door frames, the floorboards, and the lamps were also not wiped. Furniture was not moved. I told them they didn't have to change sheets (part of their regular service), but somehow they still didn't have time. Why? They organized. A lot of organization from putting my kids' plushies in a row to putting my rugs in a different place etc. everything was moved and put in a new place--which I of course had to move back because I have my preferences. I'm not sure if there's some confusion on what the definition of a deep clean is between the scheduler and the actual team who came out to clean, but they did not deliver on what was promised and had the audacity to upcharge me for it. Then I find that they also ruined my kitchen countertop, which I will be paying for when I move out. I caution you not to try this company as I certainly will not make the mistake again

Twice he acknowledged/approved my requested appointment time and twice he did not let me know that he was not going to be here. Preparing in advance to have the carpet cleaned is no joke. Moving things, vacuuming, making sure someone will be home, and then nothing. I'm guessing that Mr. Parker doesn't have a secretary or any sort of office help and left to himself, he does not keep up with the courtesy of communications and appointment times. Additionally, the dust inside the kitchen cabinets, which I also had highlighted, remained untouched. I reached out via email but received no response, prompting me to follow up with a phone call.
