best packing company in orange county. they're fast and efficient. i highly recommend saving money.

We recently used OC white gloves for our packing needs and unfortunately had a rather negative experience. The packing itself appeared rushed and lacked attention to detail. One of the most frustrating aspects was that the boxes were not labeled correctly, making it incredibly challenging to locate essential items when unpacking. Many of the boxes were labeled "knickknacks" and even some that we could not translate or figure out what they were labeled, which unfortunately resulted in much confusion while unpacking. Moreover, the lack of clear communication throughout the process added to our disappointment in this company. Another frustration was opening boxes and finding that random items were wrapped and protected that were unnecessary and ridiculous. ie the picture is of paper straws wrapped in paper, empty Tupperware containers, my truck floor mats, and the list goes on Based on my experience, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend their packing services nor will we be using them in the future. As a side note, we reached out to the owner to express our frustrations and try to resolve this because I know what negative reviews can do, however it was met with excuses and a "too bad"it is what it is attitude. read more

Hire Tina and get it over with! I'm so glad I had her come pack up my kitchen. I had a lot done, but there's alway more that comes out of the woodworks! She brought these super strong dish pack boxes to use for my dishes, fragiles and lamps. Everything was packed professionally and very quickly I might add. She's a worker bee & got it done in no time. Not one thing was broken. Well worth having professional help. She has a friendly manner but gets right to work. Have plenty of moving supplies so it goes smoothly. She will let you know what to get or she can get supplies. I highly recommend spending the money for those dish pack boxes. Tina is a godsend! read more

I initially contacted Tina for more information about her services and she responded right away. She was even very flexible & worked with me when I had to reschedule the original packing date. On packing day she showed up on time and had extra supplies/boxes that I didn't even know I needed! You can easily tell she has a very kind and beautiful soul and is passionate about what she does. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone! Thank you Tina! :) read more

What a find! Moving out of a house after 34 years is a f&=$)/#g nightmare! Tina did more packaging in 4 hours than we could have done in 4 weeks! Highly recommend her for any move as she is a blur for the whole time! read more

We've never hired packers/unpackers before as well as movers, but finding OC White Gloves was great. Tina was awesome, told me exactly what I needed to do when I called her and what was going to happen -- she contacted BeeLine movers for me, another great company that gets 5 starts from us -- and got us a great rate on our move, much better than every other quote I had asked for. They were also able to come on short notice (I booked midweek for a move on Saturday, just a few days later) when everyone else seemed to be unavailable. Then, our move was from South OC to East Pasadena -- quite a long ways. Tina still pulled through and even got us a much needed meal when she got here. They packed everything in 2 hours the day before -- they arrived a little after the movers did the day after and unpacked everything (literally everything, even some boxes we had still packed from a previous move) in the perfect place within 2-3 hours. It was amazing to see. We certainly wouldn't have been able to unpack as much as they did -- we'd have maybe been fully unpacked by next year. They did it in a few hours. We don't ever want to move without hiring a similar service! read more

I should have hired OC White Gloves from the start and saved myself days of packing/struggling. She was able to accomplish more in hours than I was in days. And her positive energy and kindness helped me while extremely stressed out. Without a doubt valuable and worth the cost!! I will use their services every time I love, moving forward!!! read more

Tina and her team was great. She helped box up over 300 boxes of my friends things to give to the salvation army. They were fast and did a great job. I would definitely use again. read more

I have used Tina's service 3 times and recommended her to others. She is such a dynamo, it's hard to believe she doesn't have a hidden battery pack on her. The first time, I was selling my home and needed to pack up our belongings and move them into the garage for staging. She and her team worked incredibly fast to make that happen AND on very short notice. Also, great care was taken to ensure everything was safe & not damaged. They also fully cleaned the house and left us a perfect amount of kitchen stuff to live on. The second time: I had them pack EVERYTHING up before the movers. And they did a full move-out cleaning so the house was in tip-top shape for the new owners. Then, after we moved into our new place, Tina and crew unpacked many of our boxes so that kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms were all set up. Again, they did an impeccable cleaning of the house and a really thorough job of setting things up so we can comfortably live here. I can't praise the hard, focused work that OC White Gloves does. Tell them what you want, and they'll do it. Tina is a workhorse who gets more done in 4-5 hours than I could EVER do, even before I was disabled. And she's a kind, caring person too. Highly recommend! read more

Tina the owner is everything you want and expect from a business owner, she is warm, friendly, professional and does an excellent job. I hired Tina and her crew to pack and unpack my stuff after a move. First and foremost they made sure they took the utmost care in packing my belongings, it was an Art-form, everything was wrapped and put in boxes that were clearly marked. They made sure to take extra care when it came to my most valuable possessions. After I moved I called Tina back and she found a way to squeeze me into her busy schedule. Her team made the daunting unpacking processes super easy. They put away and staged my belongings better than I ever could have. Honestly in my opinion it would be silly for anyone to use anyone other service. read more

Tina was amazing and helped me with a big move that I was clueless about. She had extra packing materials, a great attitude, and was very professional. Her crew did a great job packing all of my china, crystal, and decor in large boxes with meticulous packing. I was trying to help but probably slowed them down! I would highly recommend Tina and her crew to help you out and they are worth every penny!!! read more

Amazing! Tina is the best, I was nearly in tears with only days to be out of my house. Tina arranged everything from getting packers to box up my things referral for movers who moved all my things. From start to finish I was so relieved and highly recommend!! read more

I needed some in-home moving to be done-- on very short notice-- the day after Thanksgiving. I had done some minor research online and thought I could schedule just two or three days ahead of time, but I was wrong. I couldn't even find again the references I'd picked up online in my first go-round. By the time I called OC White Gloves, I was frantic. TINA WAS THE BEST! She called around and scheduled me with BeeLine Movers for far less money than what I'd found previously. (I had no idea she acted as a broker or go-between with other moving companies.) And she was able to get me a confirmation within two hours of my call to her. She was, in short, an oasis of calm for this harried old lady (me). THANK YOU, TINA. BeeLine's manager, Andre, also confirmed quickly, and promptly at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Nick & Renat showed up to move our mess, get the bulk garbage pickup readied on the street, put some of the mess back for me to go through later, and set up our new adjustable bed bases. They worked quickly, quietly, didn't break or ding a thing, and even plugged in the electrical setup. Outside, everything was so beautifully packed on the street for the scheduled p/u next day, not a single one of our neighbors said a word of complaint. Ta-DA! read more

These women are amazing! They are like whirling dervishes of efficiency and friendly as well. They packed up my 4 bedroom house in 5 hours, carefully wrapped and padded everything, and even supplied the glassware boxes. Then unpacked into a 2500 sq foot house in one day! Not a single item was broken or damaged. They even cleaned the floor when they were done!! I cannot say enough good things about them. I dislike moving and hope I never have to do it again, but they sure took a lot of the stress away. read more

Tina from OC White Gloves was the best. I had just moved and had boxes everywhere in my condo. Tina responded to my email request for help instantly. She was at my place in no time and spent the whole day emptying boxes, removing art and mirror packaging with ease, putting away dishes, and cleaned the whole place while helping me get organized! With one phone call she had an assistant at my place in less then an hour to help her arrange my furniture. She also had one of her handyman over to my house in no time to put up pictures, unpack a desk and put it together, and many other tasks to help me get organized in my new place. She stayed all day into the evening until I felt organized. I have a disability and she gives a discount for the disabled which was so wonderful. She also can get you set up with a moving company she uses which provides great service. I would refer her to friends and use her again. read more
