Did the work but I give them a B- for quality. Could not paint because it started snowing. Within a few weeks a board came loose, and it took several calls to get them to come back and fix it. Spring came and they never returned to paint. After several calls and discussions about what "Paint as needed" written on the contract means. Today they came back to paint. They only painted the boards they replaced not the whole thing. It looks poorly. If you use them make sure you have everything they are to do spelled out in the contract. I will not be using their services again.

I trusted that they 'd do the job and look for the leak to fix it properly given the amount of money paid. I did some research afterwards and realize that they simply inject the dye sealant package ($50 cost) to do a temporary cover up which highly likely I will see a leak soon. It is very disappointing. Here is the invoice showing how they charge for an hour work today. Charged $262.50 to inject the sealant, and charged refrigerant by $175 / lb. My AC is 6 years old. - Updated after talking to the owner of the company. The owner told me on the phone that it will cost me $2000 + if they are conducting the leak search . As of 10/03/2024. The AC has failed, less than 10 days they have "fixed " the leak. They absolutely deserve a 1-star review. It is a borderline scam company. Make sure you get a quote from them and have them explain what they do to your system before agreeing to allow them to do any job. Had another company came out and identify the leak at the condenser within 30 mins. It was obvious due to oil presents where it shouldn't . Dutchman fool their customers in my case. If i could but 0 stars i would this company has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with from day…read more1 it took over 7 months to complete the repairs. Which i understand but i could have been less there were hold ups because of various different things that's could have been avoided. At one point i had to shell out $20,000 of my own money to get cabinets ordered that were being covered by insurance anyways because they wouldn't. that was a month long holdup. I had multiple workmanship issues and had to have them come out and repair drywall and other various things multiple times in the same spot and am still having issues. In fact i think they had to come back 3-4 times to repair the drywall seams that kept cracking in two different spots. Recently over the last year and a half i have been battling with them over flooring that they had to replace and install due to the water damage. The floor kept coming apart they had to come out multiple times to (repair it) before they had to contact a different company to come out. This other company Performers Carpet and Tile had to come out and remove probably 75% of the floor in my house and reinstall it and replace and handful of boards due to Omnicons incompetence. In doing so Omnicon apparently has not paid them for those repairs which was Omnicons fault because there is now a mechanics lean on my house that i now have to deal with and was never once informed about. No one has ever reached out to me about and charges at any time during the last 6 months after or before the repairs. When i contacted Omnicon about the certified letter i received i was brushed off by Fran who i had been dealing with which up until this point was pleasant to deal with and was told to contact accounting and was given the wrong phone number the first time and had to leave a message. I've dealt with Mike Bovio who disappeared on my multiple times throughout the process and wouldn't call me back. The owner Mike at one point came out to my house and threatened to stop the repairs because there was no movement and i called complaining and proceeded to talk to me like i was an idiot claiming i didn't know anything about dealing with insurance company's. Little does he know I've been dealing with insurance company's for 15 years. With that being said i would not recommend omnicon or the performers carpet company to anyone since now my house has a lean on it and no one wants to claim responsibility and pay the bill for their own poor workmanship.

Joe and Joe got the job done like they said they would. Very professional and efficient. Seriously, great guys - I feel very blessed that they were on the job!! Highly recommend!

Our 94 year mom found herself without heat on one of the coldest days of this winter. She called Custom Seasons and Chris was out within the hour. It was discovered that her 30 year old furnace might be fixable but questions were raised if that was the wise choice. Chris asked that mom talk it over with family and then took a call from a family member to answer questions and discuss options. No hard sell; just straight answers that allowed us to make our own decision. After we decided to replace the furnace Custom Seasons had it ordered , delivered, installed, and working 24 hours after the initial visit. Needless to say our mom is warm and relieved, and we are all very happy with the experience. We could go on and on about the professional manner Brian had as he removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Tarps laid on all carpets and floors, took away all old materials, and broom swept the area leaving it like he was never there; with the exception that now the house was warm. Chris arrived to walk us through the product warranty and registration .He waited for the furnace to cycle through to ensure all was working, and left encouraging mom to call immediately if there were questions or concerns. If you find yourself facing an HVAC problem we could not encourage you more to call Chris at Custom Seasons.
