There are departmental store like JC Penny, Macy's, Nordstrom and a huge Dick's store. Few other unique places to me were Din Tai Fung and 85C Bakery Cafe. It's popular destination for tourists' shopping since there's no sales tax. The common spaces are wide, clean and have lots of open sky windows. There are plenty of sitting spots available as well for guests. We were in the mall for about 5 hours. We shopped in the Lego store, Tumi, VS, Dick's, 85C Bakery, and BoxLunch. We had friendly interactions from staff members in the all the stores. We also went to the food court on second floor, which was underwhelming compared to rest of the mall. The dining space had old tiles on the floor, the chair and tables were basic ones. There were 10-12 stores available offering a variety of cuisines. The food was decent from couple of stores we tried. Prices were little bit expensive. Overall we had wonderful half day spent shopping and dining at this mall. There was a good mix of popular and luxurious brands, offering wide range of products. The food court could use some facelift to match with rest of the wonderful interior of the mall.

Tender Loving Empire has great items that are made by various local and small businesses. When we went to the Apple Store during the holidays, it seemed pretty busy. Parking this time of year is always tricky, but expected. This year they changed companies and it was disappointing to see the new pricing. You need to pay $20.00 for the appointment/down payment towards pictures. This year the cheapest package offered for purchase was $39.99. The Santa was great as always and the team members were nice. They did good on timing and we were in and out in a timely manner. My kids liked the stuffed animals they got as a gift from Santa. My biggest suggestion would be to bring back the one picture and/or digital option and have more affordable package options.

Then the guy said that markdowns are not marked off by pen. Then I told him that there were 2 of the same things marked the same way. I went to the shelf and showed him the other 2 items with the same pricing. He consulted with his coworker and decided to call the store manager. The manager said no and it would still need to be at regular price. I've never had this happen. Usually when there is a price difference and you find others with the same price, they honor the marked price. It was an unpleasant experience and probably need to revamp their policies to honor prices that are marked, especially if there are others with the same markdown price!

Many of the prices are comparable to Costco pricing, but once in awhile, you hit the jackpot. In the case of packaged food, this means you can find broken packs so instead of buying multiple bottles of olive oil, you can buy just one. On my last visit, I found a printed shopping bag that was all over Instagram a few months ago, it was only 1.79. They have a cooler filled with single beverages and the bottle deposit is already built into the cheap price. There are a few locations in the area and when on the east side, I stop in on their Oak Grove location.

No, they sell Costco Kirkland brand items!!! I found the dogfood I use (for 3 large dogs) at HALF the price. Yes, the packaging was damaged or ripped, but otherwise it was OK. (The Kirkland dog food I buy is now $49.99 but pre-pandemic it was $29.99, maybe even less!). The store is somewhat organized. You find high quality Kirkland stuff for a great discount. Mainly the outlet has these products because the packaging is damaged.
