Since we were going to have a rope drop plan early at the Disneyland Resort, I needed something fast! As soon as we got up in the morning, I went to the Walgreens right next door to the Hilton Anaheim hotel located by the Convention Center It really worked out as the perfect way to rescue my morning. The store was open very early, not too crowded, and had every travel essential that I needed. In just minutes I was able to get toothpaste and a hairbrush, along with a few extra snacks to take with me to the park. Also, because of its great location, it would be an excellent place to visit if you are staying at one of the many local hotels or if you plan on taking the short walk to Disneyland. Walgreens is definitely one of those stores you will hope you never have to go into on your vacation however, you will be extremely happy that it is there when you do! Getting to that Walgreens helped me to quickly save my morning and get ready for the day and the long lines, on some of the rides, hours before the park opened!

I only went to hang out, as my children were asleep in our own hotel, but it was pretty stupid of me to watch my friends stock up on supplies and not pick up any of my own. This is a Walgreens, so I'm not trying to oversell the place, but it was nice and useful, with a ton of branded Disney stuff in addition to whatever else you expect to buy at a Walgreens. I see other reviewers have noted the Disney merchandise is cheaper here than in the park. I'm quite sure they charged less for bottled water and soft drinks than the kiosks at Disneyland, where I ended up buying both in the following days. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop at this Walgreens, but I'd definitely recommend buying provisions if you happen to be there mere hours before a weekend in Disneyland. You might save $20 on beverages by learning from my mistake.

This Walgreens is neat on the outside, but pretty basic on the inside. I also felt it was a little empty in the front (near the register), it lacked products and staff. I came in on a Friday and was not greeted, a little more customer service would go a long way in otherwise sleepy store like this. The rest of the store is well-stocked with gifts, flowers and stuffed friends (Squishmallows). I found an excellent supply of CHANSEY Squishmallows from Pokemon and my heart was overjoyed. We came in to buy some flowers for a deceased relative down the street at the Westminster Memorial. My parents said the single roses were $5 each and the bouquets were very expensive! We adapted and bought some flowers, but this felt a little excessive on the store's part. This location is right off Beach and has a 30 min. parking limit.

Which iwalgreen has a sign on the door that says they partner with. However, I was denied that privilege. She refused to scan the barcode from my iPhone and she also refused to enter the number manually. Her name is Maria. Her name tag says lead shift supervisor. She needs more training and needs to be better informed. I loved her professionalism throughout our tense interaction. However, she did insinuate that I was a scammer, which was extremely insulting and degrading. I'm not sure what lead her to that conclusion. In the end, we both kept our composure. Well I had to because I was with my nine month old baby whom was sitting in a stroller and observing her father's action/reactions. So my daughter and I ended up walked out of there without my 2 L'Oréal hair dye, Olay Regenerist face cream, Olay Eye cream, and my daughter without her toy pig that wiggled its tail (a little overpriced in my opinion). As a business owner, I would most likely terminate this employee. The business lost a $100+ transaction over a $10 gift card.

This CVS turned out to be a very good place to make a quick stop as it was within walking distance of the hotel and located close to Disneyland Resort. In addition to picking up a few of the essentials that I would need such as bottled drinks and snacks, I found it to be a much better price than if I were to purchase the same products inside Disneyland. So, whether your looking to save a few dollars or want to take advantage of having drinks available to you throughout the day, this CVS is a good choice to fill up before you head into the parks. This CVS has a well organized store and has all the items that you could possibly need. The team here at this location is great! service was fantastic! Another good surprise is that this CVS has some Disney theme merchandise and souvenirs. You'll be able to find stuff like plush toys, T shirts. If you're looking for a souvenir, this will make it easy for you to find a souvenir on your way out of the park instead of having to go back in. It won't have all of the same things you would find in the shop at Disneyland, but it's a little extra especially if you forgot to get something while inside!

The store is easy to navigate and well stocked for exactly the kinds of things you realize you need mid walk. Sometimes convenience really is everything, and this CVS Pharmacy delivers exactly that at the right moment.
