It's a fruits place, VNese specially and tropical fruits. Stopped by to pick some fruits for the New Year celebration. The place is packed with fruits every where, individually, boxes, or wrapped packages. Parking can be hectic since the parking lot is packed during weekends and holidays. Prices can be varied but high during holidays. It's fresh and well presented.

First time trying it with my family. We each ordered a different drink including the 6 topping milk tea. We ordered the lotus pandan cheese foam tea, pineapple coco tea, and the 6 topping milk tea. My sister got the Thai green milk tea and was able to choose 6 toppings of her choice. Big variety and they're all a big size! The service was very friendly and helpful in choosing our toppings. The employee explained each topping and their flavor to us. We liked the coffee cheese and corn flower topping the best. It looks like a mini grocery store inside and not too much standing room. They are fast service.

Our go to place for fresh durian. Reasonably priced and fresh. Parking can be a pain since it's shared with some popular restaurants

I just received my order and noticed that my drink was filled with ice from top to bottom, even though I specifically requested light ice. Because of that, there's barely any actual drink left. Please make sure this doesn't happen again, or let me know if something can be done to fix this order.

Wow I just saw the mango they sell there in the exact brand at saigon city just now. $6.49 at the market and u nu sells it for $18! I'm shocked. Don't get scammed.

OMG do not sleep on this fruit shop! You can tell they take the time to hand pick really high quality fruit. My favorite is the jackfruit. They peel it for you and everything. A carton is $8 or 2/$15! If you have ever peeled your own jackfruit, you know it's a labor of love and I will happily pay someone to do it for me! They also have longan from Hawaii! They were big and so sweet!!! I also got the pork floss because I love topping that on congee. Seriously love this little shop so much!! And the women are very kind!

My jasmine milk tea with no ice and 6 topping for almost 7 dollars. They actually give a good amount of milk tea . The lady handed me drinks said sorry for the long wait , that was very nice of her. They had long line but the service was fast so I did not think it was really a long wait . The cashier guy gave my daughter 2 little candies. She was so happy . They have great selection of candies and fresh fruits . I been here few times before they always give very good service .

Excellent Jackfruit: cut, cubed, ready to eat. They were Juicy and sweet. 2 boxes for $15. Pricy $21 Durian for 2 pulps. It was not ripe nor sweet. Maybe they rushed to cut and froze it. They have a wide selection of other viet fruits or exotic fruits. I will come back to try other items. They do accept credit cards with a $1 transaction fee. Parking is difficult and chaotic.

My favorite drink here is jasmine milk tea with 6 toppings. They may be little bit busy on the weekend.

Love their delicious generous topping. Also love their not too sour green mango . Fast and nice service. Clean facility. Kids also love this place even they said their milk tea lack of tea and more about milk and topping.

Sometimes it does get pretty crowded and a bit messy, but honestly that just makes it feel more lively and busy in a good way. I really like their pre fruit boxes, especially pomelo, jackfruit, and other ready to eat fruits. It is a bit more expensive than buying whole fruit and doing it yourself, but I still think it's worth it for the convenience. Usually it's fresh, sweet, and ready to eat right away. I also come here sometimes to buy flowers for my parents during Tết or memorial days. They have decent choices at reasonable prices, so it's easy to grab everything in one trip.

Cococane is located in a small, Asian strip mall with what appears to be two other sugarcane drink stores as well. Cococane is adjacent to a small Asian grocery store: just look for the long line of thirsty folks queued up in a line outside. There are two lines inside. On the left is the walk-in and phone orders. On the right side, is where both the walk-in and web orders are picked up. My wife and I both ordered the large sized strawberry Cococane: Sugarcane, strawberry, coconut and coconut meat. ($9.00 each). We placed our order @1454, and after paying, handed an order number that is called out when your order is ready. I ascertained that this place is really popular and busy, hence our order was not called out until 1514. The wait was worth it! We both took our fist sip and were so happy with the flavor. The drink just hit the spot and immediately quenched our thirst. We will definitely be adding Cocoane to our favorites list for sugarcane drinks!

Maybe what makes them stand out is that they offer more flavors and different mix-and-match combinations. The main downside for me is the wait time. Whether you order in person or online, it still seems to take quite a while. Sugarcane juice is usually pretty simple and quick to make, so waiting more than 10 minutes for one drink feels a little too long for me. The shop itself is a bit small, and I think the space could be a little more organized and tidy. On the positive side, the cashier was very sweet, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the service was nice, but I do hope they can improve the speed of making the drinks and keep the space a little more organized.

The store itself is smaller if you compare it with places like Shun Fat Westminster Superstore or Hòa Bình supermarket. There is only one checkout counter and the staff all seem to be Vietnamese. After walking around, they pretty much have all the basics covered. The focus is Vietnamese and Southeast Asian ingredients and sauces. They have their own seafood and meat counter with number tags where you can ask them to clean or cut fish, plus a small deli to go section. I also noticed their delivery vehicle outside that says wholesale, so it seems like they also supply restaurants in the area. Overall it feels like a neighborhood market that also does some wholesale business. The fresh section looked clean and there was no strong smell. I happened to see ground pork on sale for $2.49 per pound. The regular price was $2.79. Of course I had just paid $3.99 per pound earlier that day at 99 Ranch in Irvine because I wanted convenience. While we were there, a Vietnamese lady next to us was buying a big pile of meat and seafood and chatting with us while waiting for it to be cut. She said she always shops here. She ended up buying the last of the ground pork in the display. We asked if there was any left and the butcher said he had more in the back, so we immediately decided to grab two pounds. I think this place is perfect if you do not want to push a cart around a huge store and just need to pick up a few items quickly. They are open until 8pm. Next time I have more time I will come back and explore a bit more to see what other interesting things they carry.
