My tenants required some grab bars to be installed due to an injury. Joey gave me a quote over the phone that was in line with other quotes I have been given. He even included a military discount because my tenant had been in the navy. I told him I wouldn't be there, but he could install up to 6 grab bars per the tenants wishes. He said he would do the work and take pictures, then have me send a check for payment. I was surprised that he would do the work prior to having written authorization, but he said I sounded like an honest guy. Spoke by phone with owner Joey regarding rust proof and sturdy safety grab bars in the bathroom shower for my wife during her recuperation at home. Wife's physical therapist said to make sure the person installing the safety grab bars is specifically trained to install ADA compliant safety grab bars, not just a general handyman. Joey was very busy but took the time to go over our needs/specifications and scheduled a visit for the following week. Joey called us prior to coming over, was on time, without any hard sale, explained his proposals. Wife requested Joey to replace the bathroom wall towel rack with a safety grab bar, one vertical grab bar in the shower entrance wall tile, and a horizontal grab bar above the soap dish tile wall.
