I was shown a vehicle they had in stock and simply said I didn't like the color and asked if they had one in white or black. The manager came over and repeatedly acted as though my preference about the color was ridiculous. At one point, he literally wrote "COLOR BLIND" on a piece of paper. He also repeatedly brought up my credit score and made it clear that he believed I wouldn't be able to get a better deal anywhere else because I was already with Toyota Financial. I told him multiple times that I was not ready to trade in my vehicle that day and wanted to take some time to figure out my options. Rather than respecting that, he continued pressing me with, "Well, what do you need to figure out?" He then told me that if I didn't take the car that day, I would eventually end up without a car and would have to Uber to work. I was also told that my lease buyout was about $4,000 higher than the amount stated in my lease agreement because of a "certification." That didn't sound right to me, so I decided to step back, review my actual lease paperwork, and get an independent opinion before agreeing to anything. I left feeling pressured, belittled, and honestly pretty shocked by the way I had been spoken to. Then comes the part that really says it all: the very next day, I received a voicemail from the dealership saying they were suddenly able to get the color I had originally asked for. So after being told they didn't have the color I wanted and being pressured to take what was available that day, suddenly the color I wanted could be found. I completely understand that dealerships are businesses and that negotiating is part of buying a car. What I don't appreciate is being pressured, having my credit score repeatedly used against me, being told I would essentially be stranded without a car if I didn't make a decision immediately, and being made to feel ridiculous for having a simple preference about the vehicle I was considering. I had a genuinely positive experience with this dealership in 2023. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion. I would strongly recommend anyone considering doing business here to know the terms of their lease, get the buyout numbers in writing, and don't let anyone pressure you into making a decision on the spot.

Liars. Liars. Liars…read more They don't even deserve this 1 star. Ever since I bought my Sienna here, I've had brake squeaks. I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

My experience at this facility was second to none. What generally takes a gruesome 3-4 hours of haggling a purchase price, only took less than 2 hours to come to a mutual agreement. Keep in mind that I had met with 4 previous auto dealerships before arriving to this facility. The staff was honest, straight forward and courteous. Special thanks to Larry Smith and his amazing Team. John Barrett, your no nonsense approach in working out the purchase agreement was professionalism at its best! I purchased a vehicle for my son, his first, and he was overjoyed. The vehicle underwent a vigorous 131 inspections and I was provided with a detailed report. I must say, I walked away having a peace of mind which isn't always the case after purchasing a vehicle. I work at a law firm and I would tell anyone who is reviewing my review, that this a truly honest review. I come across reviews that are posted by clients that aren't always a true representation of the events that transpired. Rest assured, I wasn't pressured, compensated or asked for a favor to post this review. It is genuine and I am not looking to receive any benefits for this review. Again, special thanks to everyone including the Finance Department at Orange Coast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat. Thank you Mario Bertieri ***** five stars well earned!!

I am reposting my review because this dealer reported me, resulting in a shadow ban. That right…read morethere tells you everything you need to know: they are terrified of customers finding out what they do, and they are desperate to keep sweeping their deceptive practices under the rug. But honestly, are we even surprised? This isn't just shady sales tactics; we are talking about serious criminal acts, actively withholding forged documents I'm legally entitled to, and straight-up lying to law enforcement in official investigation statements. Here is a summary of what happened: Aug. 23: I bought a car and signed a finalized Retail Installment Sale Contract (RISC) in person with sales rep Aiden Simmons and finance manager Juan Carlos Ortiz. Sept. 15: opened a letter from the lender, Wells Fargo, and the loan account summary had multiple discrepancies. Upon speaking with the lender, it became evident to us that the dealership forged a signature/printed my name onto documents, dated Aug. 26. This is impossible because I was at school all day in LA and they never told me they were creating a new contract. Also, they put identical signatures on both the buyer and seller lines that look nothing like my actual handwriting. In this document, they inflated the balance, threw on an extra $570.24 in charges, covertly packed in an unwanted warranty, extended the loan term, and shifted my payment due date. Wells Fargo Fraud Risk Management confirmed the visible fakery and opened a formal investigation. When I called management on Sept. 15 to get clarification, Sales Manager Eric Yun claimed I signed in person on Aug. 26, read off fake terms, refused to send me the documents, and hung up on me. Subsequent callbacks were deliberately dropped. Eric, Juan, and Finance Director Gregory Hammann refused written communication, blocked access to audit logs and call recordings, and tried to force unrecorded phone chats to dodge a paper trail. Corporate has not responded. Sept. 17: Wells Fargo sent me the forged RISC, and the Costa Mesa Police launched a criminal investigation. The dealership staff lied to the investigating officer: Eric claimed he had no access to the Aug. 26 RISC (directly contradicting his recorded call), and Juan claimed he emailed it to me (which server logs completely disproved). After police contacted dealership staff, GM Edward Dooner called me, but refused to let me record the conversation, so I told him we will only communicate from now on via email/text. He later emailed trying to brush the whole thing off as a minor "communication issue" involving just a $467 licensing fee, completely ignoring the fact that his team committed literal forgery, identity theft, and loan packing. He offered me a choice between a $467 refund or returning the car, but neither fixes a criminal fraud. Wells Fargo confirmed I can't get off the hook for this fraudulent loan until my lawyer submits a formal certification. I requested Edward to share the documents sent to the lender, signature audit logs and IP transmission metadata for the August 26, 2026 transaction, alongside all internal call audio recordings between management and me. Sept. 18: Edward refused to address the facts or commit to a timeline. Also...isn't it fascinating how this dealership suddenly received a sudden influx of glowing reviews and positive edits on Google right around the exact same week a criminal investigation was opened against them? Especially weird considering that for the past month, they've been getting many complaints from people calling them out as scammers and unprofessional. Even some with similar experiences as mine, check out the reviews on Google.
