All in all, I ended up with close to 20 sessions by the time I was done, over a period of 4 months or so, with a break in between. The first session was about measuring range of motion and identifying weak spots and areas that needed improvement and more flexibility Mike was able to quickly diagnose and identify the best course of treatment. He also spent a lot time working on the mobility of my back and lower body, being very methodical about it and drawing from his vast experience and training to customize it appropriately. Here I should add he does not hesitate to encourage you to push yourself further to the limits of what is possible, while at the same time being very mindful of any associated pain and fine tunes and adjusts accordingly. I was also given a printout as a home exercise menu for me to practice in my free time. My pain that was close to 8/9 on a scale of 1 - 10, had improved to between 0 and 1 by the time I was close to finishing my program here Scheduling is very easy with Tommy at the reception and they deal with your insurance, making the whole process very convenient and seamless. As before, I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need physical therapy.

I've seen her for prenatal massages, postpartum massages, craniosacral massage, and now monthly I go to her with whatever I feel needs attention. We have seen Dr. Lin, the owner, for all of these years and he is very talented and helpful for working out different pains. He tries to figure out where the pain is originating and has a whole body approach that I appreciate very much. Emily, the massage therapist, is wonderful. I see her for lymphatic massages. She's wonderful at lymphatic but is also able to work on deep tissue if needed during my session so she helps me with recovery as well. I was having issues with foot pain and Emily helped me discover that the source was tightness through the back of my legs all the way to my glutes. Once she worked on the areas, my foot pain is practically zero. It's important to see medical professionals that do not treat just the area of pain but look further into where the pain originates. I almost got a shot in my foot for this pain from my podiatrist and I'm so glad I didn't. I thank Emily for helping me solve my problem and bring me relief. I can run again because these people care to help and look for why the pain is happening to begin with. The support staff is wonderful too. Everyone is so nice. This center is unique because you get 1:1 therapy from a qualified therapist, you see the same therapist each visit, and your progress is monitored and your care is individualized. Today, many other centers are assembly lines, you go into a massive facility and they have a team approach and each visit is monitored by different people many of whom are not licensed therapists. Their equipment is shiny but their approach forgets the importance of the individual patient. I enjoy my visits and the friendly atmosphere coupled with outstanding care have helped me recover from many issues. I highly recommend this center and implore you to visit. If you have done any research at all or have had previous physical therapy experiences you will find this center is a gem. I injured my leg about nine months ago and went through PT that produced limited walking and pain…read more I read about Dr. Lin and Dr. Huang and decided to give them a try. They exceeded my expectations. I ended up walking normally without pain and walking as much as I wanted and I could have walked even more than I did. Their work did not stop with walking. I casually mentioned to them that I did not have full range of motion in my shoulders because of adhesive capsulitis. Other PT groups, I told them, had said they had done all they could. When I mentioned this to Dr. Huang, with whom I was working at the time, she said she could do more. After sessions with her, she gave me a long pole to lift up and back, something I found impossible for years. This time I lifted my arms straight up and, as I lay on the bed, I held the pole all the way and flat on the bed above my head. I now stand straight, taller, and with more flexibility than ever. I have been fortunate to work with both Dr. Lin and Dr. Huang. They are kind and caring individuals and their office staff is a delight to work with. Dr. Lin's and Dr. Huang's methods are challenging. After my sessions with them that consisted of forty-five minutes of hell, however, I walked out of their office feeling as if I were 17 years old. Before my first session I intended to just give it a try one time to see how it went. I felt unbelievably better and did not stop coming back. Some people are surprised by their therapy session costs. I am surprised and gratified by their therapy session results. To walk as I walk now, to stand as I stand now, and - one other thing: I have been a type 1 diabetic for more than fifty years and my insulin needs after working with Dr. Lin and Dr. Huang have significantly decreased. This practice has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The space is clean and spacious and usually not over crowded. I started PT beginning of June and after 3-4 weeks, I started to experience positive effects with my recovery. Josephine and the rest of the staff are super great. I personally went to a doctor for my issue several years ago and was dismissed. I saw Josephine, and she immediately validated my concern and actually identified the issue. The front desk receptionist, Rachel, is also so kind and definitely creates a welcoming first impression. I'm very happy with the services and would totally recommend this place to anyone!
