Thank you Letter to "Nancy and Dr Z from Body Therapy Center"…read more Dear Dr. Z and Nancy Thank you Doc for your wonderful Therapy Center and therapy team Thank you Doc for being open on weekends Thank you Doc for the flexibility with my needy schedule Thank you for being open during COVID But most of all, Thank you for scheduling me with Nancy during COVID Thank you Body Therapy Center Where does one start with a review after all these years at Body Therapy Center? A thirty plus year journey for me to find wellness has been found. Thank you Nancy From the start I felt I actually found a therapist who may help me, and during COVID of all times. It appears it took a pandemic for me to find the right therapist! I honestly did not believe I would find success on this journey at my age, but I now believe I have a positive future, and I firmly believe healing can happen as long as you do the work, and find someone who knows how to work with you and more importantly, find ALL your root causes as Nancy has done with me. God really works in mysterious ways. Amazing stuff for me. Nancy figured out I was a mess pretty quick so we began weekly sessions, and to this day, there has never been a session that is the same. Each week something new was found and worked on, eventually each year something new was introduced to help us continue progress with my wellness journey; Theragun, to a Bamboo Stick AKA Sheila (I hate Sheila. Shh), and at that point, I happily became a case study for her sister, Ms Hillary who is a future Physical Therapist in training. That was very rewarding to actually have a licensed massage therapist and a future physical therapist in training, assisting you on your wellness journey. We had a few sessions which provided me deeper understanding as to just how bad my condition is. Thank you Doc for allowing this too. So Grateful. In my thirty plus year journey for wellness, I have been thru five chiropractic programs (each a minimum of 3-6 months), two acupuncture programs (one program for 5 years), two orthopedic surgeons (no surgery), one physical therapy program, numerous medications, countless massage therapists and alternative eastern treatments; all satisfied the issues in the moment, but did not even come close to figuring me out, or even trying to figure me out. Timing is strange, but one thing for sure, Nancy is a healer. My wellness journey is far from over, but the ever difficult mystery to find a therapy center with the best massage therapist to support my mission has now been solved as we are looking forward to "maintenance" massages very soon.

I've been to a few massage places in OC and LA and I find this place to be my favorite. I first…read moreheard of this place through a friend and eventually went myself. I liked it so much that eventually I also brought my mom. They have mentioned that they liked it and have always left feeling relaxed and less tense. I can say that I share the same sentiment. Linda and Helen are amazing and very good at what they do! I recommend you ask for them. The customer service at the front desk is also good and it's nice that they accept last minute/same day appointments. I have always managed to call in and get an appointment within an hour or two of the session. Go ahead and give it a try if you're looking for a good massage place! Their prices are reasonable and they've always been professional.

The person doing the massage kept farting. Didn't even bother to apologize. 3. The massage was inconsistent, some was really good and other was just running the hand up and down my skin with no pressure. 4. There was not any communication when he left the room. He did come back a couple minutes later with a towel for my feet but by that time I was up and heading out. 5. I got locked in. Someone locked the main door to the salon and they had to figure out who had the key. Overall not satisfying.

If you can't call a doctor for your feet care, call Tustin Foot Massage. I was able to get…read moreimmediate, same day appointment for a deep tissue foot massage. Wow. That was the best $60 ever spent ($5 extra charge for deep tissue, and of course, tip). Lily, my masseuse, was amazing. Training for my first ultra marathon, both my feet were in need of the best massage possible. I was nervous the deep tissue might be painful, but no, it was perfect. Lily knew where to put extra attention, and also massaged my legs, back and head. Needless to say, I will be back. If you take cash, there is less of a charge. The ladies there are all friendly. The place is clean and quiet. And the massage, worth every dollar.

Asked me to pay twice?! Solid Technique, But Some Comfort Details Missed…read more I found myself here last minute on a Sunday morning after my usual massage spot was fully booked. I called at 10 AM and they were able to take me for a 10:30 AM appointment--so grateful for the availability! Booking & Check-In & Check-Out (ASK ME TO PAY AGAIN?!): The front desk was friendly and efficient. I opted for a 30-minute body + 30-minute foot massage and chose the deep tissue upgrade (+$5). Paid upfront, and the front desk walked me to a private room--nice touch. CRAZY THING IS.. She asked me to pay again at the end. Thank god she recalled I paid in cash because I don't have proof I paid in cash with no receipt?! Pay with credit card to ensure you have proof. Massage Experience: My female masseuse was skilled, especially with deep tissue work on my shoulders and back. One surprise was the use of hot stones during the back massage--relaxing and helped open up tension. However, I came mainly for foot and shoulder relief, so I would've preferred a hot towel wrap or warm soak for my feet (which other places typically include). As the massage went on, I noticed the room temperature felt colder, especially after the hot stones opened up my pores. My feet were left uncovered, so I tucked them under the towel myself. I eventually asked for another towel because I felt chilly. Room & Ambiance: The private room was dim and quiet--very calming. The restroom was clean, which I appreciated. That said, the interior of the private room doesn't quite match the look or feel of the front lobby--it's a bit inconsistent and could use a more cohesive design if they want to elevate the full experience. Would I come back? Maybe. The deep tissue massage was good, and the staff was professional. But for a massage to feel truly relaxing, details like room temperature, foot warmth, and overall ambiance matter--and that's where this spot fell short for me. Still, I see potential here, and I hope they continue improving. Tustin has a lot of foot massage spots, and with a few tweaks, this one could really stand out. Tip: If you're sensitive to temperature, bring a light jacket or request extra towels ahead of time!
