I have been seeing Dr. Dustin Agnelli for three weeks and let me tell you, he knows his stuff. I came in with a very minimal mobility; my body leans to the side significantly. I cannot sit, stand, walk, or bend. It was painful every single movement I made. He then assessed me thoroughly and found out that I have inflammation of my spinal discs. He went over treatments that he would do and length of time it would take. Three weeks in, my mobility went from, probably, 10% to 75%. There are still works that need to be done to fix me. Dr. Agnelli does not just adjust your body like many chiropractors do, he TREATS you the way doctors supposed to treat their patients. He takes his time on your appointment, he does not just rush the treatments. He makes sure you receive all the necessary treatments needed to help you, whether it'd be the decompression machine, the body roller, or blocking. THANK YOU Dustin!!!! My experience at Dr Dustin Agnelli's Chiro practice was excellent. His staff was warm and very accommodating when I was late coming from Long Beach due to traffic. They rescheduled me 30 min later and made my ride there stress-free. Dr Agnelli came in and saw me right away even though he had multiple clients in varying levels of their care. I really liked how he took the time to answer every question I had, and I had a lot of them about the new back pain I had been experiencing. Not only did he explain thoroughly and expertly everything I asked about, he left me with an advanced understanding of what I was likely doing wrong. Doctor Agnelli is one of the best chiros in the business. I went in there due to a back injury from a horrible car accident in which I was T-Boned by a minivan. Dr. Agnelli knows how to really heal a damaged spine and find the alignment issues that are caused from a hard impact. A mid back vertebrae was constantly bothering me and it made sleeping or physical activity very strenuous. After 4-5 months of consistent therapy he was able to readjust the spine and fix the nerve that was damaged due to the accident. I really recommend anyone with back and spinal pain issues to see him. this practice was originally the domain of a wonderful tustin chiropractor, dr. austin who went to oregon. i was in a pinch with sciatic pain and needed to find a chiropractor quickly so i tried dr. agnelli. i could not be more disappointed with my choice. i chose to pay cash. after 5 visits (4 too many from my perspective now) and with explicit clear instructions not to bill my insurance (i've had too many medical people run wild with my insurance) after i left Agnelli to see a new doctor (where after 2 visits i'm fine) his office billed 5-7 treatments PER VISIT to my insurance. when i called to let him know i was angry and that this is not appreciated (and even though i'm not personally out any $$$) he turned the tables back around on me to cover his behavior. In my opinion, both he and his office are run in a very unprofessional manner. and do be careful of your insurance - one of the main reasons i left is that each time i went in he kept talking about how to get a hold of my insurance. it felt very uncomfortable. In my opinion he not only could not help me with something another doctor helped with very quickly, but mis-used my insurance by over-riding my explicit, clear instructions not to use it since i chose to pay cash. again, if you care about such things, take note. read more

I'm a practicing general surgeon with worsening lower back pain over the past few months. This is exacerbated by standing during long surgeries and really could affect my career if it gets worse. I've always been very skeptical towards chiropractors in general but figured I'd give a try with Dr. Agnelli. The visit far exceeded any of my expectations. Dr. Agnelli is very knowledgeable, confident, and enthusiastic. I can honestly say that my pain was significantly improved after the visit and nearly completely gone by the late afternoon. This was the first time in weeks I was able to sleep the whole night without waking up in pain. I can definitely see how this could help prevent the need for more invasive and expensive procedures in the future for a lot of people.
