Dr Brock is very kind and professional. He cares about your health and will always recommend the best treatment for you. He is very flexible with time and booking appointments. On a recent occasion, he stayed open later to accommodate my schedule because I wasn't able to come in earlier. On another occasion, my Primary care doctor had ordered an mri scan for my spine. After I got the results back, I was told by my pcp that my back was not in great shape. His explanation was light on details. The Dr was so helpful. I had thrown my rib out and it hurt all over my shoulder and back making it hard to do the things I love to do, like dance! He fixed it efficiently and effectively. Dr. Brock is the nicest and most professional you ever work with. It was my first time doing this due to my back/neck pain. I have had adjustments at other offices, but Dr Brock somehow cracks more areas. Feels great! The decompression treatment is excellent and the massage therapy really gets the knots out. I would recommend Laurel for the massage therapy. I like deep tissue massages to get the sores out. She is a miracle and has good pressure. She uses a hot pack and it feels very relaxing. I had recently moved to Tustin and did a lot of research before selecting Dr. Brock to be my chiropractor. Reasons: 1. I spoke to other chiropractors I had found on yelp, of which some insisted on an X-ray in the first visit despite me stating clearly I did not have any specific health issue (definitely nothing that requires an X-ray). I've had many injuries growing up that has led me to have a collection of X-rays; I did not want unnecessary radiation exposure. When I spoke to Dr. Brock I liked his approach of getting an X-ray only when he thinks it is required, that too after seeing me first. 2. His rates are very affordable. 4. I was having terrible pain on the upper left part of my back, my neck, shoulder and had pain radiating down part of my left arm. I was unsure if it was an injury from work or a workout.
