Green Leaf Active Care is truly a great place to get treated! Dr. Nguyen is a very honest, caring and knowledgeable chiropractor who really cares for the well being of his patients. After going to another chiropractor for nearly a month, I wasn't getting the results I was hoping for. I decided to give Green Leaf a visit after work, shortly before their closing time, and was accommodated by Dr. Nguyen. He answered my questions and I began my first treatment a few days later. After my second visit, I felt tremendously better! Dr. Nguyen's treatments are very thorough. He spends about 15 minutes applying heat and electric stimulation to the injured area, followed by a 15-20 minute massage of the injured area, a chiropractic adjustment after and ends it with cold laser to the injured area. The best part is, Dr. Nguyen's full treatment only costs $50. For those who have insurance coverage, you're basically walking out with "A steal! " I haven't been to too many chiropractors, but I'm certain you will not get this kind of service for this kind of price anywhere else! Unfortunately, today was Dr. Nguyen's last day at Green Leaf Active Care. He will be moving out of state, but stated he will most likely return in a few years. He wished me a strong recovery and advised me to email him if I had any questions. Dr. Nguyen's honest passion about helping people get better is truly a blessing. I really wish there were more people like that in this world. I go here and Dr. Nguyen is amazing at aligning my back. I'm a mother and I also work full time so my back is pretty messed up. He has me functioning like I actually get rest! My mom has two slipped disk and her back is fixed thanks to Dr. Nguyen. He actually listens and is very knowledgeable and informative. He thoroughly explains the type of service he will be providing and what the outcome may be. Best chiropractor in Orange County. Honestly, before I went to Green Leaf Active Care, I have had my share of bad experience with chiropractors. I did not trust them at all. I felt as if they didn't do anything but just had me lay on machine that made my back worst. Dr. Quy is different from any other chiropractor though. He actually cares about his patient's well-being. Dr. Quy is very knowledgeable and likes to educate his patients so that one knows what is going on with their own body. He actually works on the spots where one would have pain. I came in complaining about headaches and back pains. Right after the first adjustment, I felt a lot better. After a few treatments, I wasn't in any more pain. I had went to chiropractor's in the past and literally they would farm you in and out. Dr. Ngyuen acesses your back and neck problems each visit. He does everything from muscle work, electronic stimulation to teaching you how to stretch to help correct your problems. These days, I feel most chiropractors try to lock you into a plan where you pay monthly and go as many times as you need. With Green Leaf Active care he suggests you only come when you need. Even when I asked him if I needed to come more then the two times scheduled, he said I was back to good and to come only as needed. Being an active soccer player and frequent traveler I do find myself with neck and lower back pain. I would highly recommend this chiropractor to friends, family and you. The first time I went I was very sore as he worked on my back for over 30 minutes. It was my fault as I am not an avid stretcher. However, after a few days I felt like I had a new neck. Dr. Nguyen is amazing. My mother in law started going to him because of two herniated disks. She was in a lot of pain and thought surgery or steroid shots were her only options. This review is way way way over due but better late then never. I first came to see Dr. Nguyen when I developed major lower back and hip pain 6 months into my 2nd pregnancy. I was in so much pain and was taking so many pain meds that I surely felt that would be unsafe for my baby if I continued to take so much pain meds. I was someone who never ever believed in chiropractors. I figured they were an equivalent of modern day voodoo doctors but like I said before, I was getting sooooo desperate that I was willing to try anything and a family member recommended that I give Dr. Nguyen a try. I figured I'd give him one visit and if it didn't ease the pain I would seek out a pain management specialist. So fast forward 3 years later and 3 kids later I've become a regular at his office. I have to say that with Dr. Nguyen's great knowledge, magical touch, and sincere patient care he has been able to help me reduce my intake of pain meds and ease my pain. Post pregnancy I developed a condition called bilateral sacroileitis which causes emense pain so I still see Dr. Nguyen on a daily basis and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone!! I have been going to chiropractors since I was 8 years old and Dr. Nguyen is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. So good, that my new insurance doesn't cover him and I'm still gonna go. He doesn't just crack your back. He spends a good amount of time working out your problem. He will take his time with you, and give you great suggestions to help improve after you leave his office. A typical visit is heat and electro stimulation, a massage of the affected area and then an adjustment. It truly is active care. He truly wants his patients to get better. I went on a trekking trip and left with a bad knee he was helping with at the last minute before I left and I emailed him with advice while I was away and he was quick to respond with great suggestions. And he's a cool guy to chat with while you're there. :) I rarely leave such positive reviews on Yelp but he deserves every star. read more

FANTASTIC! I have been to at least 5 different chiropractors (in the UK and USA). Dr. Nguyen is by far the best one. He takes a very relaxed approach. It is a casual atmosphere etc. (don't let that fool you into thinking anything negative. He is highly professional and knowledgeable). It is a very precise and customized treatment from the doctor. Dr. Nguyen will take his time to discuss your issues and listen carefully. Great Chiropractor. I highly recommend Dr. Quy Nguyen because he is down to earth, professional and he truly cares about his patient's well being. Plus its only $50 for a complete spinal adjustment!! I injured my mid-spine last June and spent $350 for two exams at my previous Chiropractor and she did not do half as much as Dr. Nguyen did for me on my first visit with him. Dr. Nguyen is amazing. I have suffered from hernia discs for more than 2 years. Had been on treatment of several chiropractors for more than a year, but the pain is still too much to bear, especially at night and during cold weathers. A friend of mine recommends me Dr. Nguyen. Not to lie, I was in doubt at first due to my previous experience with chiropractor . But Dr. Nguyen is different. He really provides me the treatment I am supposed to receive ( or much more than that ) My back pain immediately subsides right after first treatment. Prior to visiting Dr. Nguyen, I had to use Salon-pas to alleviate the pain every single night. And guess what, I have not been using them ever since. Only 2 treatments with Dr. Nguyen so far, but I feel so so so much better. Since my injury is a very old one, so he does not promise to completely "cure" it, however, I am very optimistic that he will help me minimizing my pain as much as possible and that's all I need. And if your insurance does not cover for chiropractic services like mine, the price is very reasonable, only 50 dollar per visit and how often to visit is entirely up to you and your severity. Dr. Nguyen is not like all the greedy chiropractors who put you on a massage chair and makes you come 3,4 times per week. I have 5 hernia discs, so pretty serious but I only come once per week. He spends almost an hour doing deep muscle therapy and adjustments every single treatment. I bet you rarely get that kind of service with most chiropractors out there. read more

I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone out there who is looking for a friendly and trust-worthy chiropractor. Not only is he is nice, caring, funny, and informative, he actually is good at what he does. I have always been skeptical about chiropractors, because I am 29 yrs old with a -11 reverse cervical curvature, 66 lumbar lordosis scoliosis, chronic back pains and pinched nerves (and I know that's $$$ for chirpractors right there; espeacially the quick fix it ones). I told Dr. Nguyen about how my last chiroprator told me that I probably would only be able to have 1 child, because I would be in too much pain and that I would need to be on treatment the entire time of pregnancy to endure the pain. Also, that I needed a $3,000 corrective treatment that would "make me feel better, but would not correct me." It sounded fishy, so I knew I had to get a second opinion. Dr. Nguyen looked at me, laughed, and said he could not believe that that chiropractor tried to sell me a corrective treatment. He said the corrective treatment wouldn't really help my back that much and the he would be able to relieve my pain and make me more loose and mobilize with his adjustments and electronic stimulants over time without that package deal. Wow, serious? Why would I want to pay that much money to just feel better for the time being and not help my spinal cord become straighter or back pains? I was so thankful that I wasn't a guppie and decided to search around for another chiropractor that I felt more comfortable.
