Green Leaf Active Care is truly a great place to get treated! Dr. Nguyen is a very honest, caring and knowledgeable chiropractor who really cares for the well being of his patients. After going to another chiropractor for nearly a month, I wasn't getting the results I was hoping for. I decided to give Green Leaf a visit after work, shortly before their closing time, and was accommodated by Dr. Nguyen. He answered my questions and I began my first treatment a few days later. After my second visit, I felt tremendously better! Dr. Nguyen's treatments are very thorough. He spends about 15 minutes applying heat and electric stimulation to the injured area, followed by a 15-20 minute massage of the injured area, a chiropractic adjustment after and ends it with cold laser to the injured area. The best part is, Dr. Nguyen's full treatment only costs $50. For those who have insurance coverage, you're basically walking out with "A steal! " I haven't been to too many chiropractors, but I'm certain you will not get this kind of service for this kind of price anywhere else! Unfortunately, today was Dr. Nguyen's last day at Green Leaf Active Care. He will be moving out of state, but stated he will most likely return in a few years. He wished me a strong recovery and advised me to email him if I had any questions. Dr. Nguyen's honest passion about helping people get better is truly a blessing. I really wish there were more people like that in this world. People like Dr. Nguyen really display what "Giving back" and customer service is like and I'll strive to be like that once I "Make it big. " Thanks for everything Dr. Nguyen! Hope you a safe trip and hopefully see you in a few years! read more

I go here and Dr. Nguyen is amazing at aligning my back. I'm a mother and I also work full time so my back is pretty messed up. He has me functioning like I actually get rest! My mom has two slipped disk and her back is fixed thanks to Dr. Nguyen. He actually listens and is very knowledgeable and informative. He gives me great suggestions on what stretches I can do to prevent my pulled muscles to keep happening. Stop looking for a chiropractor and go here! read more

This place is amazing. I've gone to plenty of chiropractors in Orange County but nothing can compare to Green Leaf Active Care. Dr. Nguyen is very kind and informative. He thoroughly explains the type of service he will be providing and what the outcome may be. When I first came to Dr. Nguyen, I had frequent headaches that would be so bothersome that it would get in the way of my day. After a few appointments with Dr. Nguyen, my headaches slowly faded away. I have been headache-less for more than three months. Which is phenomenal!! Dr. Nguyen also took his time during each appointment to follow-up on my previous visits. He genuinely cares about his patients and want them to get better. I cannot thank Dr. Nguyen enough for relieving me of my past pains. read more

Best chiropractor in Orange County. Honestly, before I went to Green Leaf Active Care, I have had my share of bad experience with chiropractors. I did not trust them at all. I felt as if they didn't do anything but just had me lay on machine that made my back worst. Dr. Quy is different from any other chiropractor though. He actually cares about his patient's well-being. Dr. Quy is very knowledgeable and likes to educate his patients so that one knows what is going on with their own body. He actually works on the spots where one would have pain. I came in complaining about headaches and back pains. Right after the first adjustment, I felt a lot better. After a few treatments, I wasn't in any more pain. I strongly recommend him and try him out. I'm sure you'll have a great experience. read more

I have been to visit Dr. Nguyen twice now and each time I have left 100% better than I was before I arrived. He really does care about his patients and definitely knows what he is talking about. He is very thorough and just provides an excellent service to his patients. Since he has so much experience, he really can do everything! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a recharge or needs many treatments due to an injury. He's been awesome with my tennis nagging injuries! GREAT CHIRO! read more

I had went to chiropractor's in the past and literally they would farm you in and out. Dr. Ngyuen acesses your back and neck problems each visit. He does everything from muscle work, electronic stimulation to teaching you how to stretch to help correct your problems. These days, I feel most chiropractors try to lock you into a plan where you pay monthly and go as many times as you need. With Green Leaf Active care he suggests you only come when you need. Even when I asked him if I needed to come more then the two times scheduled, he said I was back to good and to come only as needed. Being an active soccer player and frequent traveler I do find myself with neck and lower back pain. I would highly recommend this chiropractor to friends, family and you. The first time I went I was very sore as he worked on my back for over 30 minutes. It was my fault as I am not an avid stretcher. However, after a few days I felt like I had a new neck. My range of motion was outstanding. I am thankful to now have such a good doctor to go to. read more

Dr. Quy Nguyen is my Chiropractor. I get regular adjustments from him to keep my old body moving properly. He was instrumental in helping me through IronMan. He is a great doctor who truly cares about his patients. It is important to find a doctor who is focused on finding the right treatment that will help your condition improve, Dr. Quy is that doctor. A great doctor and friend! read more

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. My mother in law started going to him because of two herniated disks. She was in a lot of pain and thought surgery or steroid shots were her only options. She started going to Dr. Nguyen and just after 4 sessions, she is already 70% better. I can't tell how amazing his results are! My cousin was the one the recommended him after he had a basketball injury and was back at work after 1 week of seeing him. He seriously has some magic hands. read more

I have had chronic back pain for years and have gone through 4 other chiropractors, my primary care doctor, and traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture - all without results. But since I've been going to Green Leaf, for the first time in a long time my back feels normal and my pain has improved from a 9/10 to 3/10 in about 1 month! Dr. Quy Nguyen is not like your other chiropractors...He is totally honest and will not try to scare you or milk you for your money. My previous chiropractors told me I had to come in 3 times a week for about a year, and all they did was a quick whack n crack with little long term results. Dr. Nguyen has coached me to do exercises and stretches that help me in the long run along with his adjustments and deep tissue therapy. Not only is he professional and honest, he can also give you great health tips such as fitness training and diet tips. If you have any back or neck problems, GO TO GREEN LEAF ACTIVE CARE! Dr. Nguyen is the best! read more

This review is way way way over due but better late then never. I first came to see Dr. Nguyen when I developed major lower back and hip pain 6 months into my 2nd pregnancy. I was in so much pain and was taking so many pain meds that I surely felt that would be unsafe for my baby if I continued to take so much pain meds. I was someone who never ever believed in chiropractors. I figured they were an equivalent of modern day voodoo doctors but like I said before, I was getting sooooo desperate that I was willing to try anything and a family member recommended that I give Dr. Nguyen a try. I figured I'd give him one visit and if it didn't ease the pain I would seek out a pain management specialist. So fast forward 3 years later and 3 kids later I've become a regular at his office. I have to say that with Dr. Nguyen's great knowledge, magical touch, and sincere patient care he has been able to help me reduce my intake of pain meds and ease my pain. Post pregnancy I developed a condition called bilateral sacroileitis which causes emense pain so I still see Dr. Nguyen on a daily basis and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone!! Did I mention he's super duper nice and has the best bed side manners I've ever met from a health care professional!! So Dr. Nguyen, thank you for saving me from nights of endless pain!!! read more

I have been going to chiropractors since I was 8 years old and Dr. Nguyen is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. So good, that my new insurance doesn't cover him and I'm still gonna go. He doesn't just crack your back. He spends a good amount of time working out your problem. He will take his time with you, and give you great suggestions to help improve after you leave his office. A typical visit is heat and electro stimulation, a massage of the affected area and then an adjustment. It truly is active care. He truly wants his patients to get better. I went on a trekking trip and left with a bad knee he was helping with at the last minute before I left and I emailed him with advice while I was away and he was quick to respond with great suggestions. And he's a cool guy to chat with while you're there. :) I rarely leave such positive reviews on Yelp but he deserves every star. read more

FANTASTIC! I have been to at least 5 different chiropractors (in the UK and USA). Dr. Nguyen is by far the best one. He takes a very relaxed approach. It is a casual atmosphere etc. (don't let that fool you into thinking anything negative. He is highly professional and knowledgeable). It is a very precise and customized treatment from the doctor. Dr. Nguyen will take his time to discuss your issues and listen carefully. I feel great after his treatments (I have a herniated C5 and C4 disc as well as spinal stenosis; I am going chiropractic to put off surgery for as long as possible). I highly recommend him. He is a rare, but awesome find! read more

I went to see Quy for running-related aches and pains. Quy is very knowledgeable and he really took the time to explain everything to me, including what I can do to prevent serious injury. I was very happy with the quality of service and will to use him in the future for "runner's tune-ups". I already reccommend him to my runner friends! read more

Dr. Nguyen was one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time. As a colleague I would recommend his treatment. He is a very honest guy and will help you find the right type of care for you even if it is not something he can provide for you. That's what everyone needs in a doctor. read more

I got reared ended about a month ago. Dr. Nguyen treated me 5-6 times and also explained in scientific terms what was happening to my muscles. I have been able to return to my usual active lifestyle without any problems. Best of all, he is personable, confident in his profession, and takes the time to understand what might be causing your pain. read more

I am an ultra runner so making sure that my body is clicking the right way is essential. I came to Green Leaf b/c of a friend and am extremely happy. Dr. Nguyen is a professional in every sense of the word. He will give you the answers you need regardless if you like them or not. What surprised me most is how well he understands athletes and how keen he is to spot issues that most other chiropractors have missed. Definitely will be going to him from now on. read more

Great Chiropractor. I highly recommend Dr. Quy Nguyen because he is down to earth, professional and he truly cares about his patient's well being. Plus its only $50 for a complete spinal adjustment!! Holy crap that's a great deal. Trust me folks. I injured my mid-spine last June and spent $350 for two exams at my previous Chiropractor and she did not do half as much as Dr. Nguyen did for me on my first visit with him. Dr. Nguyen went above and beyond and called me the very next day to follow up and see how my body was adjusting to my spine adjustment. This guy LOVES to cure his patients chiropractic health problems. He has so much passion for his job/talent as a doctor. In fact, after talking to him, I found out that he makes an effort to travel outside the US to provide free chiropractic services to third world countries. Wow!! Now, that's a true doctor, one who doesn't do it for the money, but for the satisfaction of helping his fellow men. To sum it up, if you want Great, Honest to Goodness service at an affordable price, This is the place! Call and you will feel better. Trust me. read more

after i had my second baby, i had a back pain for months and Dr Nguyen told me it would take 3 or 4 visits to take the pain away and i really did not wanna go and it took me forever to finally went in. i still had it for a few days after i saw him so i was kindda disappointed coz i thought at least made it less pain. but i tell you what the pain was literally gone! the pain hasn't come back yet so i won't see you again for a long while DR! by the way i need to say Thank You ^.^ read more

Dr. Nguyen is amazing. I have suffered from hernia discs for more than 2 years. Had been on treatment of several chiropractors for more than a year, but the pain is still too much to bear, especially at night and during cold weathers. A friend of mine recommends me Dr. Nguyen. Not to lie, I was in doubt at first due to my previous experience with chiropractor . But Dr. Nguyen is different. He really provides me the treatment I am supposed to receive ( or much more than that ) My back pain immediately subsides right after first treatment. Prior to visiting Dr. Nguyen, I had to use Salon-pas to alleviate the pain every single night. And guess what, I have not been using them ever since. Only 2 treatments with Dr. Nguyen so far, but I feel so so so much better. Since my injury is a very old one, so he does not promise to completely "cure" it, however, I am very optimistic that he will help me minimizing my pain as much as possible and that's all I need. And if your insurance does not cover for chiropractic services like mine, the price is very reasonable, only 50 dollar per visit and how often to visit is entirely up to you and your severity. Dr. Nguyen is not like all the greedy chiropractors who put you on a massage chair and makes you come 3,4 times per week. I have 5 hernia discs, so pretty serious but I only come once per week. He spends almost an hour doing deep muscle therapy and adjustments every single treatment. I bet you rarely get that kind of service with most chiropractors out there. read more

I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone out there who is looking for a friendly and trust-worthy chiropractor. Not only is he is nice, caring, funny, and informative, he actually is good at what he does. I have always been skeptical about chiropractors, because I am 29 yrs old with a -11 reverse cervical curvature, 66 lumbar lordosis scoliosis, chronic back pains and pinched nerves (and I know that's $$$ for chirpractors right there; espeacially the quick fix it ones). I told Dr. Nguyen about how my last chiroprator told me that I probably would only be able to have 1 child, because I would be in too much pain and that I would need to be on treatment the entire time of pregnancy to endure the pain. Also, that I needed a $3,000 corrective treatment that would "make me feel better, but would not correct me." It sounded fishy, so I knew I had to get a second opinion. Dr. Nguyen looked at me, laughed, and said he could not believe that that chiropractor tried to sell me a corrective treatment. He said the corrective treatment wouldn't really help my back that much and the he would be able to relieve my pain and make me more loose and mobilize with his adjustments and electronic stimulants over time without that package deal. Wow, serious? Why would I want to pay that much money to just feel better for the time being and not help my spinal cord become straighter or back pains? I was so thankful that I wasn't a guppie and decided to search around for another chiropractor that I felt more comfortable. Bottom line, end of story, if you are looking for a good, guinuine chiropractor who is good at what he does, has a comfortable atmosphere, and does not try to make a quick buck, come see Dr. Nguyen! read more
