Today, my very clean cab arrived ten minutes early and we arrived at my destination five minutes early. I was quoted $140 and charged $140. The driver was able to sense I wasn't conversational so I was able to enjoy the ride in peace and quiet. Very nice experience overall. No gimmicks, no runaround. I tried to fasten the seat belt but it didn't click in place. This is a safety hazard. Surely there are laws against this. Imagine what might happen to the passenger if the driver got into an accident?
