I went with this company to drive my teenage daughter to the airport. The driver never showed up and nobody answered the phone for almost half an hour after pickup time, at which time they claimed the driver had been in an accident and they didn't have another car available. Unfortunate if true, but unacceptable to not have a live person to talk to or answer phones when driver fails to show. No other transportation companies could get there on short notice. read more

I do not recommend this company!! We had them for our wedding and they didn't return phone calls the week prior, they were late, messed up our shuttle schedule, were rude to everyone at our wedding who was in the shuttle, and didn't even pick us up (the bride and groom) at the end of the night. Horrible customer service!! This was the only vendor that we had issues with on our wedding day! The driver was very accomodating and friendly. We rented out the vehicle for multiple hours and asked to be taken to multiple destinations. We enjoyed our time in the vehicle and felt as if our money was well-spent. We were able to play our own music since we had an AUX cord and our phones. The lighting and features that were suppose to be controlled in the back didn't seem to work, but overall the vehicle was very nice, clean, and stocked. read more

Please don't use this company. They SCAM you. Customer service is HORRIBLE. They charged my card without authorization. I thought it was an honest mistake so I called less than 24 hours after the charge appeared on my card. They said they have a zero refund policy on any cars booked. After talking it through with Tommy, he said he would refund my money. Refund NEVER came. I called again twice and Tommy and his partner gave me the run around. When I finally talked to them again, the co-owner told me I was obviously not from Outer Banks where they are relaxed and trusting and laid back. THIS IHE SAYS TO ME WHILE HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE FOR A SERVICE I NEVER USED. It's hard to be nice and laid back when someone is stealing money from you buddy! Would not recommend based on their customer service. I called to inquire about a taxi service in Hatteras, which is listed on their website as a city they serve. The man who answered the phone sounded as if I was annoying him by even calling, let alone asking a few questions. I was calling to obtain information for my wedding in August in case my guests would like to take a taxi. The one star is because the driver was wonderful. Otherwise, be very aware that Keith does not honor his company's contract. Contracted for a van (both ways to and from airport to OBX) to take my four adult children and three under age 2 grandchildren. He was aware of their age and the need to put their carseats rear facing as per the law. Instead, he sent the van (both times) to other jobs and sent party limos where the seat belts had to be dug out and the children were not safe. There were barely enough seatbelts for the adults. He pretended it was an upgrade. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I would not recommend them at all. We used them for our shuttle service for our wedding and from the beginning it was a nightmare. The first time I spoke with Keith he was super friendly I got some prices and everything was fine. Then when my mother called to book he was a completely different person and was rude and that the numbers I had were wrong and he was now trying to charge us a good bit more and I told him I had it all wrote down and he almost hung up on us and did say he was unsure about working with us when all I wanted to do is go over the pricing we discussed. This was on a 3 way call with my mom so she jumped in and said it was fine we will pay the higher price we need shuttle service. They finished going over everything. In the meantime my wedding planner worked with him on giving addresses of my guests for him to pick up so everything was going smooth again. The day of my wedding I had to call Keith still to confirm stuff, then he started complaining about picking people up, I heard from my guests he either left people behind or said he (not sure who the driver was) was going to leave them at the hotel if they didn't come out (which I'm paying him to get people not leave them), and I guess whoever was driving was rude to them. Then later during my reception I had to call again since no one told me the shuttle was coming around at 3 different times instead of the one time we discussed and they were picking up my guests before the wedding was even over so I had to call and get it pushed back. I shouldn't have had to do this on my wedding day. After the last shuttle was to come they were then 20 minutes late and said one of my guests threw up on his shuttle which no one was that drunk who would have done but even so if they did don't scold me on it. After all this my mother gets a call and email about not tipping the driver. I was heated. I saw in my notes that when I spoke with Keith is was all included and now he is coming back to say about not tipping. I feel they make their own contracts and rules as they go and since they are the only place in the OBX they can get away with it. I know we will be calling someone to complain. Used their 10 passenger Champagne limousine for an event from Columbia, NC to the Outer Banks. I dealt with both owners and they were helpful and courteous. Our driver was punctual, friendly and accommodating. The vehicle is showing a little wear, but was clean, comfortable and well equipped for the champagne we brought for the ride over. Our driver dropped us off at the restaurant and picked us up when he said he would. He had replaced the champagne glasses and tidied up. The service was very good and made a special evening more special. read more
