I see a…read moreprior review / complaint mentioned someone with a "snippy" attitude which is a generous description. I'm a repeat customer waiting on an installation for one HD auto shade. The first call was from Kim who informed me of my order 'coming in' and the soonest install date was several more weeks out. When questioned about timing & if the product had actually been received, she became "snippy" & rude. After waiting all this time for my shade the day finally arrives for install. The same nasty lady leaves a Vm that I must be rescheduled due to an installer calling out sick and all the other jobs were 'solid' so i was chosen to wait yet another week. Once again, when I questioned her then expressed my opinion about having to wait another week, this woman reared her edgy entitled attitude. I certainly don't appreciate this nor do I feel it's appropriate considering I'm the paying customer and she's the one with the problem delivering what I paid for. Do I want to deal with this person in the future or would I recommend them as having wonderful phone skills ? No! This experience was extremely unprofessional, irritating and I'm highly offended.

I had a great experience with Tyler! I told him exactly what I wanted for our current project and…read morehe went through multiple manufacturers till he was able to source exactly what we wanted. We didn't need to change or compromise on our wishes to suite what was easily available. He listened and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't want, just simply said that he would make it happen and he did. Mind you, we had already gone through 4 other contractors that said our plan was too difficult to pull off, or that it would be months before they could get what we wanted and tried to move us to options with a quick and easy turnaround time with many of the things we wanted left out. And ladies, I'm sure you can appreciate this, he didn't ask to meet with my husband (who works crazy hours and told me to manage the remodel) before agreeing working with me. I'm so over contractors asking me if my husband would be ok with this or that, or wanting to meet with him before sitting with me. He was very respectful, and didn't throw off any creepy vibes. Once the contract was signed and I had picked an installer to work with, the work began within days. Not weeks, not months, DAYS. One of the cabinets arrived with a little damage, and he had a new one ready to go by that afternoon. This is not my first rodeo, and typically when something is damaged, it takes a week or more for a claim to be processed, throwing the whole project and other trades behind. I was shocked! The installers he recommended were also great, and so professional! They worked with our plumber, flooring and countertop people to make sure everything went smooth. They were also so friendly as well as knowledgeable. They were clean and didn't act bothered when I asked questions and were very patient with me. I would highly recommended Chasen Cabinets when getting quotes! I'll be using them from here on out!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend AEH Construction based on my experience…read more I contracted with AEH for a bathroom shower project for $6,575 and paid a $3,287.50 deposit. Demolition began on June 3, 2026, and lasted approximately three hours. I terminated the project the following day because I was not comfortable continuing based on the condition of the project and my experience with the process. After termination, AEH advised that it was retaining $2,700 of my deposit and that I would receive a refund of $587.50. As of the date of this review, I have not received that refund. I attempted to resolve the matter and ultimately sought outside assistance, including filing a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and having an attorney send a formal demand letter. I understand that every customer's experience can be different. This review reflects only my own experience with AEH Construction. For a project of this size, I expected clearer communication, a smoother process, and a reasonable resolution once I decided not to proceed. Based on my experience, I would not hire AEH Construction again. I recommend that prospective customers carefully review the contract terms, payment/refund provisions, project timeline, and scope of work before paying a deposit.
