The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. They had to remeasure the shutters and told us it would take another three months. We went through that three times. It took them a total of 11 months to get our front shutters placed. I had to take off numerous days of work for them to come out and measure and come out and install and then just take it down. All I got was an apology voicemail. If you want to wait 11 months to get your shutters installed, this is the company for you.
