When he finally installed the coverings, he burned a cigarette like burn in my purple color roller shade, which felt very deliberate. He claims to be married, but crawls all over you. He took up a lot of space in my home as a single women, not looking for someone to act like I asked for his HUGE DADDY accent in my home. I reached out regarding his work, and I was ignored. My electric roller blinds are my favorite thing I have purchased in my home!!! I got them installed in my bedroom and TV room. It is so nice that they are black out shades and they work really well! We had the east side of our home finished with new blinds. The owner was professional and provided a bid promptly. 12 shades (5 very large picture windows and slider) installed one week earlier than we expected which was very nice. Loved the color and product. They look great two small issues. Two of the cords were slightly short and the slider shade is very slightly slanted. A few screws fell out of the debis in the driveway as the trash was hauled to the installers vehicle. Unfortunately we didn't see them in time and my wife ended up having a flat time. However, the owner and installer were good people. Overall we are happy. Likely to use them again for the west side of the house. read more

We priced around everyone and nobody compared to these guys on pricing and professionalism. Larry came out the next day to measure and give us quote. He blew Home Depot , lowes and the home and garden vendors away on prices and definitely on services. I was shopping for faux wood shutters to save money and Larry got me real wood for the same prices. Did I mention these shutters and blinds are custom fit to your windows. I looked at the DIY options online but the are not a perfect fit and the hardware is typically different than the color of your window treatment. Which means we have to paint to satisfy the spouses... I have already referred them to my friends and I will continue doing the same. We had the owner come out to give us a quote on shutters a couple weeks before we moved into our new home. Appointment was at 10, think we got there at 1001 because of traffic, turns out he arrived a bit early and had just let himself into the (empty) home and completed all the measurements. The quote ended up being pretty much in line with all the others we got, apprx $3k for 11 windows, if you were wondering. We told him we'd let him know. The day we moved in a younger guy showed up at our door wanting to give us a quote, he happened to be going through the neighborhood. We decided to go ahead with it because they quoted 2-3 weeks to finish them, which would have put us right before Christmas. Couple days before Christmas we called and asked why we hadn't heard an update he said he would check and call us back the next day, which he never did. I called back after Christmas and was told we must have misunderstood and that it was 3-4 weeks for them to be finished then we would be contacted by the third party company to come and install them. A month later they finally called to set up an appt and 2 guys showed up to install. They brought shutters for 11 windows, 1 just happened to not be the right size. Came back the next day and finished. Communication needs to be better. Get estimates, including time to completion, in writing. They look great, time will tell if it was worth it. read more

Our sales personnel was wonderful, timely and experienced. However, trying to get the install schedule is a pain. Candace is only in the office for a few hours a day starting at 9am. I have called multiple times at different hours and she is always gone. Its very inconvenient as we work full time and cannot always answer calls or call back from 9am-11am each day. When you do call them back no one else will schedule the install as they rely on her and how long she works depends on how much work she has to do. I am very displeased with this. Hopefully the install (whenever it gets scheduled due to her limited hours) goes a lot better. I would not recommend this company to those who work full time with limited access to their phones throughout the day. read more

Did not have the greatest experience. Ordered shutters in early October and they were finally installed correctly in late February. When they first arrived in January, they were wrong. Second installation wasn't quite right either but finally the third time was the charm. The only thing that saved this from being a 1 star experience was Sean from the manufacturing company coming out and fixing some of the inconsistencies. Communication is not a strong point and overall was definitely not worth it. Do some research on other companies before deciding...we would not go with Larry again based on our experience. This is not a mistaken review. Larry does not have communication skills and installation is poor with no attention to detail read more
