He measured all of the windows and came back with the most competitive quote that we received. Plus, he is super friendly and definitely knows what he is doing. His wood shutters are custom made locally and of the best quality. That said, the shutters did take about 8 weeks to be completed, but they were worth the wait! We also had them install some wood blinds on our side rooms and a cool shade on our front door that is mostly glass and very exposed. Those came our perfectly as well! I love the front door shade (I was hesitant about it at first). Now to shutter install day - the team arrived right on schedule and the shutters look AMAZING! I am obsessed. We have an older ranch home that has been remodeled but some of the window frames are funky (Wider at the top than the bottom, etc.), and they cut them perfectly to fit - you'd never know! They also drilled into our block walls, no problem. Thank you for making my window covering dreams come true, Boyd! Now our neighbors can't watch our every move from morning to night. ha!

I loved the design process. She was very helpful and informative. She did tell me it was the three months before the shutters got in which I was fine with. When the shutters came in, a set of shutters did not fit and the remote to our sliding glass door shade did not work either. They had to remeasure the shutters and told us it would take another three months. We went through that three times. It took them a total of 11 months to get our front shutters placed. I had to take off numerous days of work for them to come out and measure and come out and install and then just take it down. All I got was an apology voicemail. If you want to wait 11 months to get your shutters installed, this is the company for you.

The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. After the business sold to Chris, I called again, and this time was greeted with excellent customer service. Even though these fans were over 8 years old, I was treated as a new customer and Chris was more than attentive to my needs. With regard to installation, Patrick arrived on time and was very professional with great attention to detail. His work was clean and efficient, and even included some explanations related to fan operation and features. As a result of this encounter, I will do additional business with AZ Fans and Blinds without hesitation. I had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish, and cannot recommend this business…read moreenough! I went into this store two weeks ago looking for ceiling fans for my new build home. I have been avoiding big box stores and this is a locally-owned shop. It can be a bit overwhelming to walk in and see so many options - especially because this is my first time buying my own ceiling fan - but the employees make time to discuss your room sizes, style preferences, aesthetics, price points, all of it. They have options for EVERY style and budget right there in the store... as well as a table of thick books with thousands more options. I landed on some high-end fans, which feels worth it to me because I don't foresee wanting to switch these up for many years (if ever). They are Minka-Aire stainless steel fans with lights, very modern looking and high-quality. I was educated a bit as well, and these are meant to run continuously, meaning my home will get the fresh-air feeling year-round! I paid for the fans after I ordered them, and then they scheduled installation for just two weeks later - the installer showed up a little bit early (which I loved) and got five fans installed in exactly two hours, which was the window they'd provided me. He set up a table and assembled the fans in the home, and mentioned these particular fans happen to have more parts than most so they took a little more time to assemble. He left no trace, taking out the boxes and everything, leaving not a stitch of dust or debris anywhere. He also mounted the remote control holders to the wall, next to my light switches (at my request) so they don't get lost. I am so thrilled with this experience!
