She said he was a good friend. We placed our order April 2, 2016 for our build that was completed July 28, 2016, received a call a couple days prior to scheduled install that 5 of the windows (the most expensive ones) were on back order AND HERE WE ARE SEPT 19 and 5 ATTEMPTS LATER STILL TRYING TO GET OUR ORDER COMPLETED! Mind you our order was not inexpensive. Not only did Steve screw up the order, sold us something that doesn't exist (not once but twice!) and was utterly condescending but he proceeded to rectify the situation by stating in his opinion he thought his choice was the better choice because it looks better, it's an up charge and he's not charging me for it.
