I met with Carlos, who helped me decide what kind of blinds/shades I wanted for my living/dining rooms, as well as the kitchen window. He gave me pros/cons of each, and tons of options. It was so helpful! Gabriel dealt with our installation and did a great job. Everything works great and we are happy with our finished project! We will definitely be in touch when we decide to update the rest of our window treatments :)

Blind brothers quoted the most reasonable solution for our sliding door. Everyone else wanted to go too fancy. I hired them on the strength of the reviews here so I am contributing one though I usually review elsewhere. The project was completed on time and budget, five windows total. The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. We wanted shutters for the entire house and was I surprised on the pricing! Matt came to the house, listened to what we wanted, went over product types, colors, explained warranties, build and shipping times, measured the windows, and gave us a price to include any discounts he could offer. Lifetime warranty on parts and labor (Norman shutters). Communicative throughout. Once the shutters came in Matt immediately scheduled the install, showed up on time, in and out in a few hours. They have been doing this a long time and were extremely professional. The shades are perfectly level, and powered by chaining to an existing outlet (which left no visible trace). They setup the remote perfectly as well. I was very impressed with their team! This company is amazing! With most house projects we've experienced, you don't always get the product the sales person promised. With most companies the install has problems that need fixing later. You can get an acceptable product, but it doesn't always meet expectation. This company is a rarity! Everything exceeded our expectations from sales to installation.
