We got the quote and scheduled a timeframe to begin the install. Mario came out and put up the poles first and then about a week and a half later came in to complete the install as discussed. He was very professional and fun to interact with and took pride is his work. He appeared to be almost as excited about the job as we were. This is the type of folks you want handling a big job. We have a couple more items to be done at a later time, but we will most definitely be using them again. Side note, we live in an historic district home, and we have neighbors interested as well. The work compliments the historic design. Great experience and thanks again Kevin and Mario!!

Got work done less than a year ago. Wind came with no support whatsoever. I called and asked for a quote from the insurance company but never received one, nor did they come by. But when they had not received their money for the initial installation of the product, they stayed on course. Kinda disappointed that literally I had no support or warranty after the initial install. They could have made it clear that there was no warranty on weather or nature damage. The standard industry warranty is 5 years, and now I need help; there is no support. I want everyone to BEWARE if you do business with this company. Then when they initially installed the product I had to force them to do it the way I wanted it done. The product is good quality. But the warranty, support afterwards, and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I hope this is passed on to management P.S They have blocked people from reviewing on google so what that say about them?
