They spent several hours here vacuuming and cleaning the couch and it looks amazing. We have a decent-quality area rug that has lived in several different rooms in our house for the last 20 years or so. It has been thru innumerable play dates, sleepovers, movie nights and wrestling matches. It has provided warmth for cold toes, and a spot for our pups to snuggle at our feet. The process was very easy: on the website they show how to get an estimate by measuring your rug, taking a couple of fotos, and texting them. They respond with a price. I have one area rug in my family room plus a long runner in my master bathroom which needed to be cleaned, but was very hesitant calling rug cleaning companies to the house because I did not want the mess of machines and the smell of chemicals. I found Rug Worx while searching the internet and decided to give them a try since I was able to drop them off and pick them up. Miranda and Scott were amazing. Scott took the time to explain to us how they clean the rugs and safe guard them from any damage.
