they Gave me good bid, took my deposit, & no response for 3 weeks ? Called them several times, they never answer or return phone calls ?

Gave some money down on a pair of shutters for my master bedroom. It has been a year in a month and no word. I have been had. He does not even have his license. If you do any work with him make sure you cover yourself and do not pay it with cash as I did. Interesting as I have posted on this company in the past and it is gone for some reason. read more

Simply the best Arizona Blinds company you will ever come across! We recently moved into a new house that had 26 windows that needed blinds. I thought I was going to go broke just buying window coverings!!! I was going to just go to Home Depot and buy the blinds etc., but had a friend suggest the fellas at Window Pro because he was telling me their blinds were better price & quality than anything I could get at Home Depot. They did not let me down. Just a side note; I had 26 windows to cover so there was no way I was going to afford shutters, but they also offer shutters for those interested. They have scheduled to come back and measure for sunshades because they do those as well. The bottom line for me was pricing, but what I got out of it (besides better price) was better quality AND they measured and installed everything. I didn't even have to lift a finger! All I had to do was write a check, which again, was a TON cheaper then me having to do it myself at Home Depot. I can fully recommend these guys to any of my Yelp friends, or anyone who may find this review. They were quick, courteous, and took care of everything, you should give them a shot if you are in the market for blinds here in Arizona! read more

We ordered our shutters on April 16, 2019 and still don't have them (19 weeks!). Blake does not answer our phone calls or texts. This is actually the second time this has happened to us with him, only this time is worse. Should have learned the first time! HELP! read more

The new shutters right now program is fantastic, we had Blake measure on a Monday and had our beautiful Norman 4 1/2" plantation shutters installed on Thursday of the same week. I'm a retired realtor and custom home builder from Colorado and I'm amazed by this program, it takes the only negative aspect of plantation shutters out of the equation..... the long wait. Blake delivered everything he promised. The installer was professional and courteous, and our new home has shutters after less than a week from the closing date. I've had several new homes in the past and it's so frustrating to move into a beautiful new home with large wonderful windows, only to have them covered with paper blinds while you wait forever for your plantation shutters. I've extremely satisfied and highly recommend. read more

Window Pro - Shades & Blinds Near Me

Window Pro is exceptional! Blake saved us thousands on our Norman Shutters for our entire home! But it isn't only about money. His customer service, attention to detail, knowledge of his products and ability to listen to our needs was also on point. His installers were courteous, professional, educational and patient with all my questions. They exceeded our expectations, and because of that, we have referred them to numerous people and will continue to refer to them as an excellent company! read more

If you look at the reviews there have not been many (or any) in two years +, there is probably a very good reason for this. It will be exactly one year on April 9 that I bought shutters for my master bedroom. The response time from Blake and his wife Casey (who in his voicemail he will defer you to will not call you back either) is non-existent. The funny thing about this is I have done business with this company in the past as I was recommended by a co-worker. The first time around it did take around nine to ten months, but as promised they did deliver the shutter blinds as promised. The product is very nice and the quote was very reasonable. However I am telling you with them losing their license very recently I would be very apprehensive, and don't blame anyone but yourself if they do not follow through on any purchases. The first impression of Blake was incredible. He is such a personable and amicable person (probably because he spots a sucker whom he's going to make $ off of. I believe this guy can sell anything. However once you put 50% down you will not hear from him with any consistency if at all. I have requested reimbursement for my down payment and that has just been ignored. I guess the next step for myself is to contact the AZ registrar of contractors (602)542-1525. This has been such a painful experience dealing with this company, I hope this reaches out and helps someone. read more

Blake has disappeared...with our deposit! Saw all the good reviews and thought we had a good guy to do our shutters..even had more windows to do if these worked out. That was 10 weeks ago and now his email & phone don't work. Would not recommend this guy for anything!!! read more

Great window screens at a great price!! Planning on doing only the front, but ended up doing the whole house and they look great! Customer service was amazing from the estimate to install. Thanks Blake! read more

I finally got my shutters installed about 6 months after I ordered and put down a 50% deposit. He measured one of my windows wrong so I had to wait for that one to be remade. Always very kind but 6 months is just ridiculous. I've had 4 people message me saying they've had the same issue, that he just disappears and doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. read more

Our home has been transformed overnight! When Blake sent our estimate over yesterday and said he could install Shutters Right Now this week, I couldn't believe it! His installer came this morning, was super friendly, professional and fast! Now we have beautiful shutters on all of our main windows and the difference is amazing! read more

First of all, I went with a "local" company rather than Lowe's/HD. I thought I found a company in my area (Surprise, AZ) based on my search, but they were actually based in Scottsdale, AZ (not a big deal). I needed shades for three windows in my master bedroom and one large window near my office desk. Both these windows get a lot of sun in the summer. I ordered pull-down shades that were "room darkening" and "heat repelling." I will not know how well the heat repel works until summer, but the room darkening is only as good where the blind COVERS the window and not the 1/2"-1" gap around them. I was not impressed with these blinds. The salesperson was not helpful. The blinds are "meh" and at the top, they roll up into an aluminum, white box. I would have expected that the outside of the box has the same fabric as the shade like the cheaper blinds sold at Lowe's, but maybe I made a huge assumption. I paid $1,400 for overpriced, "average-looking" blinds. To cover up their mediocrity and actually block out the light, I had to spend another $1,000 for plantation shutters (yes, quality shutters were cheaper!!). I was so disappointed when the installer said, "I am finished." I guessed that for $1,400 I just expected to be "wowed" a little more. I did speak with Chere in the office after the install to let her know my frustration and sent her photos of the final job. She apologized and said she would let someone know. I didn't expect a full refund but maybe a return call from the owner. It just killed me to pay what I did for blinds that would have cost about $700 at Lowe's (which would have had a matching valance). I reached out to the company on 2/19/21 with a voicemail. My email to them was returned as "blocked" with no return phone call. read more

This company was OUTSTANDING!! I called to ask a few questions about some shutters that I have that needed parts and a few things that had to be fixed. They knew exactly what they were talking about! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs repair or even an install. The prices were great and the service was wonderful. You usually don't get both but I did for sure. read more

Drew and Karina did a fine, professional job, I am well pleased with my new blinds!!

I highly recommend calling Blake. He got us right in, and we had shades in a flash. They look great, and really cut down the heat on one side of our house, which was becoming a hardship for us with the increasing temps. The service was fast, friendly...and affordable! I will call them again for any future window needs. read more

I chose Window Pro because my sons referred Blake to me. My sons were pleased with his window treatments. Blake was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. Blake always returned my calls and arrived at the set time, which I found amazing. I am having Blake install shades in our current home, he installed shutters in our prior home. I was never disappointed with the quality and service Blake provided and I'm sure you won't be. read more

They are not answering my calls or emails. Took my deposit January 2020 and not responding to my calls or emails. Dont go near these guys.

I love my blinds. There are so many great things about having custom blinds. First of all there are no extra slats piled up at the bottom of the window sill so they look way better than the do it yourself kind of blinds you get at the huge hardware stores. These blinds are way easier to clean too. They are easier to open and shut because all you do is pull a little string instead of having to twist the plastic wand forever. I think my favorite thing about them though was that i didn't have to install them myself. An installation crew just showed up and a little while later, wa-la, I had blinds. I would definitely recommend Window Pro! read more

I called and left a detailed message for Blake about my inquiry for getting an estimate on blinds WITHIN glass for our French doors out to our backyard. He called me back that same day to inform me that he couldn't help me with this service, but gladly talked to me about it to let me know how easy it would be for us to do ourselves. He asked questions about my doors to give advice. Even though he was not able to help me, I appreciated the valuable information to help me out! read more

The Arizona heat is brutal on the west facing wall of my house. I called a reliable company to install sunscreens on my windows. It was Window Pro that gave me the best service and installation quote around. I have plans to contract them to do my second home. If your looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and affordable company, call them up. Blake and Charlie were very accommodating. read more

Window Pro has, quite possibly, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The high reviews were the reason I called them. The initial call was friendly; however, it felt as if, Blake, the owner, did not have time for me. He asked me to measure all my windows and email the measurements to him. He never offered to make an appointment, even though I had informed him I wanted to replace all the window coverings in my house. I certainly wanted to see samples and get expert advice. After waiting five days since I had emailed the measurements, and not hearing from Blake, I contacted him. He informed me that he had received the measurements, but had been out of town for a weekend. Unfortunately, this is not a sufficient answer; how hard is it to send a quick note via email or text acknowledging he received my information and would get back to me at a later date? I have waited another week for an estimate or a call. To this day I still have not received either. Sadly, when a company starts out this poorly, it usually ends even worse. I have hired another company BlindzMart (Denny) who, not only returns calls. but comes to the customer's house with a car full of samples. Window Pro lost out on a $3000 job. read more

We recently called Blake at Window Pro for some sun screens. He came highly recommended. We liked that he went out of his way and came out to answer our questions. After receiving other quotes we found Blake to have the best prices and knowledge of what he was doing. There install team was also professional and got the job done quick. From start to finish they were great. We will be using him again in the future and would recommend Window Pro to our friends and neighbors. read more

We are a high end residential interior design firm and have a shutter company we have used for years. I decided to give Window Pro a chance to do shutters for one of my projects (a $5mil home) and they did a fabulous job! My clients were thrilled and we felt so comfortable with Blake that we didn't have to attend the install like we usually do! This is my first Yelp review ever - that is how amazing they did!! read more

Blake was great. Shutters turned out perfect and they look fantastic. Takes about 5- 6 weeks which Blake explains but well worth the wait. We had shutters done throughout the home about 2800 sf and his price beat everyone for the same product. Definitely recommend Window Pro. read more

Blake was a pleasure to deal with. We met him at a Home and Garden show and his friendliness and professionalism drew us in. We had Norman shutters with the invisible rods and some cell shades installed (by Charlie and Dylan) in July and absolutely love them! They fit well, color is perfect and the quality is awesome. We had one small issue which was resolved immediately. Communication from start to finish was great. Do yourself a favor and choose this company! read more

I bought a new home about a year ago. I hired Window Pro because of the great reviews, plus I had a friend use him in the past who liked him also. A year later and I am still thrilled. I needed a tune up last week, and Blake was prompt and came out the following day. Most of these types of companies I have worked with are not very responsive when tune ups or follow ups are concerned because they have already been paid. He even offered me a free window cleaning when I first got the shutters, and I had forgotten- He still honored it! If you need window coverings and don't want to be hassled or cheated... USE THESE GUYS! read more

Blake and his crew at Window Pro came through for us 100%. They quickly and professionally handled my sunscreen needs on our house from initial questions to perfect installation. My husband and I needed some help with what I thought was a simple repair to our 10 year old shutters. I called Blake. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. And the price was definitely right! All of the professionalism and personal service, that is hard to find with any company these days, I found by calling Window Pro. The problem with our shutters was not as simple to repair as I thought, but Blake problem solved through it an came up with an excellent solution. I would not hesitate to use them for any new or existing window treatments that you have/need. read more

Window Pro is the only place to go in the Valley for Shutters/Blinds and Sunscreens. Superior customer service combined with a great product is what you will get from Window Pro every time. We moved into our house and decided to go with Shutters. Not only did we get a great price, the Shutters look incredible and have totally changed the look and feel of our home. After the great experience with our shutters, we decide to cover every window with sunscreens. It had a huge effect on the exterior look of our home and it also cooled off our home during the summer months.
