Simply the best Arizona Blinds company you will ever come across! We recently moved into a new house that had 26 windows that needed blinds. I thought I was going to go broke just buying window coverings!!! I was going to just go to Home Depot and buy the blinds etc., but had a friend suggest the fellas at Window Pro because he was telling me their blinds were better price & quality than anything I could get at Home Depot. They did not let me down. Just a side note; I had 26 windows to cover so there was no way I was going to afford shutters, but they also offer shutters for those interested. They have scheduled to come back and measure for sunshades because they do those as well. The bottom line for me was pricing, but what I got out of it (besides better price) was better quality AND they measured and installed everything. I didn't even have to lift a finger! All I had to do was write a check, which again, was a TON cheaper then me having to do it myself at Home Depot. I can fully recommend these guys to any of my Yelp friends, or anyone who may find this review. They were quick, courteous, and took care of everything, you should give them a shot if you are in the market for blinds here in Arizona! read more

We ordered our shutters on April 16, 2019 and still don't have them (19 weeks!). Blake does not answer our phone calls or texts. This is actually the second time this has happened to us with him, only this time is worse. Should have learned the first time! HELP! read more

The new shutters right now program is fantastic, we had Blake measure on a Monday and had our beautiful Norman 4 1/2" plantation shutters installed on Thursday of the same week. I'm a retired realtor and custom home builder from Colorado and I'm amazed by this program, it takes the only negative aspect of plantation shutters out of the equation..... the long wait. Blake delivered everything he promised. The installer was professional and courteous, and our new home has shutters after less than a week from the closing date. I've had several new homes in the past and it's so frustrating to move into a beautiful new home with large wonderful windows, only to have them covered with paper blinds while you wait forever for your plantation shutters. If you look at the reviews there have not been many (or any) in two years +, there is probably a very good reason for this. It will be exactly one year on April 9 that I bought shutters for my master bedroom. The response time from Blake and his wife Casey (who in his voicemail he will defer you to will not call you back either) is non-existent. The funny thing about this is I have done business with this company in the past as I was recommended by a co-worker. The first time around it did take around nine to ten months, but as promised they did deliver the shutter blinds as promised. The product is very nice and the quote was very reasonable. However I am telling you with them losing their license very recently I would be very apprehensive, and don't blame anyone but yourself if they do not follow through on any purchases. The first impression of Blake was incredible. He is such a personable and amicable person (probably because he spots a sucker whom he's going to make $ off of. I believe this guy can sell anything. However once you put 50% down you will not hear from him with any consistency if at all. I have requested reimbursement for my down payment and that has just been ignored. I guess the next step for myself is to contact the AZ registrar of contractors (602)542-1525. This has been such a painful experience dealing with this company, I hope this reaches out and helps someone. read more

I finally got my shutters installed about 6 months after I ordered and put down a 50% deposit. He measured one of my windows wrong so I had to wait for that one to be remade. Always very kind but 6 months is just ridiculous. I've had 4 people message me saying they've had the same issue, that he just disappears and doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. read more

First of all, I went with a "local" company rather than Lowe's/HD. I thought I found a company in my area (Surprise, AZ) based on my search, but they were actually based in Scottsdale, AZ (not a big deal). I needed shades for three windows in my master bedroom and one large window near my office desk. Both these windows get a lot of sun in the summer. I ordered pull-down shades that were "room darkening" and "heat repelling." I will not know how well the heat repel works until summer, but the room darkening is only as good where the blind COVERS the window and not the 1/2"-1" gap around them. I was not impressed with these blinds. The salesperson was not helpful. The blinds are "meh" and at the top, they roll up into an aluminum, white box. I would have expected that the outside of the box has the same fabric as the shade like the cheaper blinds sold at Lowe's, but maybe I made a huge assumption. I paid $1,400 for overpriced, "average-looking" blinds. To cover up their mediocrity and actually block out the light, I had to spend another $1,000 for plantation shutters (yes, quality shutters were cheaper!!). I was so disappointed when the installer said, "I am finished." I guessed that for $1,400 I just expected to be "wowed" a little more. I did speak with Chere in the office after the install to let her know my frustration and sent her photos of the final job. She apologized and said she would let someone know. I didn't expect a full refund but maybe a return call from the owner. It just killed me to pay what I did for blinds that would have cost about $700 at Lowe's (which would have had a matching valance). I reached out to the company on 2/19/21 with a voicemail. My email to them was returned as "blocked" with no return phone call. read more

I love my blinds. There are so many great things about having custom blinds. First of all there are no extra slats piled up at the bottom of the window sill so they look way better than the do it yourself kind of blinds you get at the huge hardware stores. These blinds are way easier to clean too. They are easier to open and shut because all you do is pull a little string instead of having to twist the plastic wand forever. I think my favorite thing about them though was that i didn't have to install them myself. An installation crew just showed up and a little while later, wa-la, I had blinds. Window Pro has, quite possibly, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The high reviews were the reason I called them. The initial call was friendly; however, it felt as if, Blake, the owner, did not have time for me. He asked me to measure all my windows and email the measurements to him. He never offered to make an appointment, even though I had informed him I wanted to replace all the window coverings in my house. I certainly wanted to see samples and get expert advice. After waiting five days since I had emailed the measurements, and not hearing from Blake, I contacted him. He informed me that he had received the measurements, but had been out of town for a weekend. Unfortunately, this is not a sufficient answer; how hard is it to send a quick note via email or text acknowledging he received my information and would get back to me at a later date? I have waited another week for an estimate or a call. To this day I still have not received either. Sadly, when a company starts out this poorly, it usually ends even worse. I have hired another company BlindzMart (Denny) who, not only returns calls. but comes to the customer's house with a car full of samples. Window Pro lost out on a $3000 job. read more

I bought a new home about a year ago. I hired Window Pro because of the great reviews, plus I had a friend use him in the past who liked him also. A year later and I am still thrilled. I needed a tune up last week, and Blake was prompt and came out the following day.
