There is a large gap on some of my nails and my pinky nail clearly needed some more attending to

Recently received a pedicure during a very very busy time. Every chair used and several people were waiting. I got in pretty fast! Maybe waited 5 minutes after my reservation! The service was very friendly but not too friendly that I couldn't read my book peacefully. It isn't the best gel pedicure I've ever received but I got in promptly and was treated well. The leg message was fantastic! I'd like to see more attention given to my nails next time (as you can see, they need it) and maybe offered a drink.

And this is exactly what we got

they fully messed up my two 10 years old kids that paid with their own money. They had completely gave them the wrong color and then they said they were done with crust glue all around their cuticles. They had the audacity to rip the card out of their hands. and then said oh well this card is fake. You can't use it. Are you sure even real and trying to tell my kids that they were using a fake card. eventually, we were able to pay but then they charged us 75 each when it was supposed to be 60 each so they made us pay $30 more and then made us do a tip. they all completely rude The worst service I've ever seen and we come there before and I'm telling you they took advantage of these 10-year-old girls just to make profit and all this stuff this was horrible. The vibe was completely off. They were very secretive. You can kind of know that they were talking horrible about us. It was horrible service. I can't believe what I witnessed todayThen said "can someone help me with this white woman" then handed the phone to a person that doesn't even work there. They also hang up us and then us because we were upset that our meals do not come out as we wanted them. and then said we are banned from the store. they also didn't give us the of the manager to list in the lawsuit. Lucky for us it's public information.

Me and my friends went to get our nails done and my friends looked amazing! Mine on the other hand.. the lady pictured below was rude, didn't do the shape I asked for and repeatedly asked her to square them and she acted annoyed. Anytime I asked her something or said anything she yanked my hand and loudly sighed. Had to have another nail tech come over and start again even saying they were too failed and not done correctly. Then I had finally been here 4 hours and originally wanted the design pictured and left like the second picture. Picture of first girl who did them incorrectly other one is the owner. I've had great experiences here before and amazing nails done but this experience is a no.

This was such a horrible experience! Went in on Valentine's Day to get my nails done and they started popping off the next day! Came back to get them fixed and the woman at the front had an attitude and insisted I would need to pay to get them fixed! I will never go back!

Been going to Oasis for about a year now. I think I'm officially done. The service is inconsistent and the pricing as well - a "soak off" ranges from $0 to $10 pending who does your service. The same woman has done my nails the last two times and she rushes through - she deserves 0 stars. Paid $30 for 10 minutes spent on a sloppy manicure. Unfortunate - some of the techs do a great job. Just luck of the draw I guess.

I've got a variety of experience here I think I tend to have my nails done either by sky or Kim just a personal preference. Overall I think their prices are decent and if you make an appointment you are normally seated within the first five minutes of getting there. It's right down the street from where I live and overall very content with the experience I've had

I have visited oasis nail salon about three or four times in the last six months. The quality of the work they do definitely varies depending on who does your nails. I have had two technicians who I thought seemed very judgemental and were clearly not interested in doing my nails and talking about me throughout the process. Today I paid $50 for black French tip dip nails and I do not think the quality was worth the price. You can see in multiple areas on my nails where the black dipping powder got mixed with the clear dipping powder and there are a ton of bubbles in the clear area and instead of fixing it they sent me home with my nails looking crazy. I am going to find a new salon the next time I get my nails done instead of wasting my money again

Dip Nails

This salon is nicely organized & clean. But is the only positive comment I have on this salon. The staff is rude & impatient. My dipped nails only survived 3 days without cracking or chipping. I am not sure what dip they use, but it is the poorest quality. I could overlook the rudeness of the staff if they had a quality product, but that is not the case. I will not be returning to this salon.

This a go to spot for me usually. They're quick but careful to do a great job. Today I got a basic spa pedicure and an eye brow wax. The spa pedicure wasn't so "spa" as my chair didn't work and I even let the employee know before she started. I was stuck with no chair massage. The leg message definitely made up for it though, she spent a great time massaging them. She did however answer her phone twice during my pedicure without an apology. I didn't think that was very professional. My eyebrow wax was quick and it looks great! The only other thing I noticed today was an employee sound asleep in the pedicure chairs. It could've been her break.: but catch those zzz's behind closed doors!

I have my nails done there by whomever is available. I chose Dip gel nails. Each time they have been well done and lasted several weeks.

As we all know there is a shortage and I happened to come across the formula my baby is able to tolerate . He breastfeeds and is sick so I wanted to have formula as a result of him not being able to nurse effectively during illness. The line was extremely long and there were two cashiers . When I get to the register the cashier is a middle aged gentleman and he was clearly panicked and flustered . He had one customer standing to the side of the line waiting for his further assistance and when I gave him coupons for my Similac formula he said "I don't know how to process these." So I said "oh well is there anyone you can ask for help or someone you can call to get clarification ?" He said "nope . There are only two of us here ". I replied ," Is there another manager on call that could answer a question for you over the phone or another store you can call ?" His reply : "no " . So I said " well on the coupon it has instructions for the retailer , let's try those ." The cashier points his finger in my face and says " easy there !" I replied in the most calm manner "sir , please don't tell me "easy there" that's unprofessional and not necessary . I'm only asking you to do your job and help me purchase this formula ." He then points to the door and says "GET OUT! I won't be spoken to this way !" The other customer that was waiting to the side became wide eyed and said "well maybe the other cashier can help her..." I then told the cashier " sir I'm not going to leave the store. You can't tell a customer to leave simply because you're frustrated with your long line and you don't know how to process a coupon ." The cashier replies "well go over there maybe he can do it ..." he then yells over to the other cashier across from him (who was a newer employee come to find out ) and he says "I don't know how to do it maybe you can ..." So I then go over to this new cashier who was kind but also very much clueless . I ended up leaving the store without the formula and proceeded to contact Walgreens corporate office . It has been almost two weeks with no response or follow up form this store. I called corporate again today and they are going to escalate the complaint . I refuse to let this go because it was a very dehumanizing , derogatory and unprofessional experience that did not need to occur .
