Many contractors hire crews and famously fall back from the project, but Andrew was there every step of the way not only to guide his crew, but also hands-on at times (which you almost never see today....) Once our project was complete, he came daily and handled the first 7-day startup himself ensuring the new concrete was in a good spot to pass on to us.
