I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too. Nelly, who handles all the administration and invoicing, is responsive and I appreciated her communications greatly during the process. After the pool was filled and we paid in full, we had concerns about the mini pebble not binding with the concrete shell; Sergio sent out his plaster technician in a timely manner to inspect. We have been reassured that if there are any issues with the mini pebble due to defects with installation, we should feel rest assured that it will be resolved. We feel confident in SilverRock Pools and that is so important when you pay a large sum of money on a project. Would definitely recommend.
