I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too. I hadn't put the screws on right and water was leaking when the filter was turned on. My pool had also started turning green. Tony came to my house within an hour and fixed it for me. He also educated me on what to do with the pool that had it blue within a day. Tony didn't charge me anything. He took 20 minutes of his time and made things right for me.
