I did get to tell him this much. We spoke again after I looked at the jacuzzi I explained that my husband was mistaken there's no leak but we need a blower motor. He said that wasn't a problem he would come out check the wattage and order it, fee to come out is $85, told him that's not an issue. He said once the jacuzzi was up and running text and he see what time he could come out. Did that he never responded. My husband and I started looking online for blower motors, we found a new motor in its new casing which cost almost the same as the service fee. My husband changed it himself and our jacuzzi is back in business. This person customer service is horrible and I wouldn't recommend him to change a lightbulb for free!

Upsold me on draining pool and power washing, and then replaced my pump with a 1hp, non variable speed, which by the way I've learned is ILLEGAL in ca. Very inefficient. sneaky tactic. Then has tried to blame the filter, and tried to upsell me on a filter, which has never been a problem in the 8 years I've had it. Buyer beware. Told him the pump is inefficient, as I had a 2 hp prior. He denies it, of course. Told him I needed a comparable pump , and then tried to sell me a 2k one. Yeah, no thanks. Now im out a lot of $$$. skimmer barely sucks, so vacuuming debris is not an option. pump is inadequate, and im going to have to replace it with a more efficient pump. Im sure if you have the $ to waste to upgrade everything, go for it, with caution, but if you're on a budget be very diligent. I do not recomend.
