Perry told me that he would be by today, and sounded friendly on the phone, and happy to assist. I sent him my address as requested, and not a world back, and 10 hours later no show. I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too. We've been getting the run around for months looking for an honest person to repair our plumbing system for our in-ground jacuzzi. People looked at it set a date to return to repair and no showed. That is the ultimate no no bad customer service not to mention annoying. Well, you won't get that from Emilio. I called him told him what was happening he said he'd look at it the next day. I wasn't expecting that he would repair so quickly. Not only did he look at, it he said I'll be back in a few hours to repair it. What, who does that! Eddie is very unprofessional and super rude. He's not communicative at all, pops an attitude anytime you bring anything up, and doesn't show up when he says he will. As you can see in the text messages, I have never once been rude or confrontational. In the end, Eddie ends up blocking me before allowing me to talk back to him after what he told me. First of all, if you can't show up on Fridays, DONT TELL CUSTOMERS YOU WILL. Also, DONT TRY TO OVERCHARGE PEOPLE! I don't recommend this company at all. Stay away by all means. If I could give -10 stars, I would.
