I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. Eddie is very unprofessional and super rude. He's not communicative at all, pops an attitude anytime you bring anything up, and doesn't show up when he says he will. As you can see in the text messages, I have never once been rude or confrontational. In the end, Eddie ends up blocking me before allowing me to talk back to him after what he told me. First of all, if you can't show up on Fridays, DONT TELL CUSTOMERS YOU WILL. Also, DONT TRY TO OVERCHARGE PEOPLE! I don't recommend this company at all. Stay away by all means. If I could give -10 stars, I would.
