I understand people get busy but communication, and letting us know you could not have make it would have been the right thing to do as a business owner. I am glad he did not show after all because if this is how he operates, I can only assume the quality of work could be in question too. We've been getting the run around for months looking for an honest person to repair our plumbing system for our in-ground jacuzzi. People looked at it set a date to return to repair and no showed. That is the ultimate no no bad customer service not to mention annoying. Well, you won't get that from Emilio. I called him told him what was happening he said he'd look at it the next day. I wasn't expecting that he would repair so quickly. Not only did he look at, it he said I'll be back in a few hours to repair it. What, who does that!
