They did come in with the lowest bid, but after working with them, even if they were the highest we would chose them over and over again. Our project was completed in under 60 days. They listened to our ideas and gave suggestions as the project moved along. The crew worked through the hottest days of summer (poor planning on our part) to complete the project before the deadline. We were in constant contact with the office (Veronica) and project (Peter) managers. Our backyard went from a boring dirt yard to a beautiful, fun home paradise in the desert. We do have landscaping to finish, but we could not be happier with our pool design and the project management. We would recommend them to everyone!

The manager was out so the kid left in charged stated that was not his job and he didn't know how to charge me. I asked if I could pay at a different location and he called his manager who I assume made him assist me with the purchase. He was very upset, kept saying that wasn't his job, he didn't know how, I was patient waited an hr for him to figure it on the screen, he finally said he's ready for payment and wants to charge me $700 more in installment than what's on the contract, he again stated I don't know this isn't my job that's what appears, they'll refund you.. I asked when? He states "I don't know, whenever" EXTREMELY unprofessional the whole interaction. The kid has no business working there. I thought he was high at first because he seemed out of it, very uninteresting and unwilling to want to help but no he just really has no knowledge of how to do his job which he also claimed was not his job, but after calling the other store they advise me it was and where not surprised. I left early from work to get this done. He stated the manager might be in the next day but would leave early. This is thousands of dollars in purchases, you would think there would be better customer service. This is my second interaction with the kid, the first one was similar but short and the manager was there so it wasn't a big deal but this time he was left alone and there is no way no one is aware of this employees worth ethics.

Not long after, the hot tub began leaking from another area. I understand that draining and refilling a spa can sometimes cause things to shift or dry out, so I had them come back. The techs were friendly and professional, and they tightened a couple of jets on the lounge chair side. Unfortunately, it was still dripping a bit afterward, and in retrospect it is obviously the adjacent jet on the same chair, why not tighten them all at the same time when they are in the same area? At this point, I'm just going to fix it myself it looks like the other jet on that same chair is the source of the leak and probably could've been addressed all in one visit. Overall, nice people with great attitudes, but the service could have been a bit more thorough and proactive.
