After my appointment I went to the front desk, shocked to see that 3 teeth were being charged for. I asked why that is when only 2 needed done. She asked for me to call back Monday and I repeated the same thing to the business side. I had to go back in only after a day bc my tooth of the 2, cracked again and he needed to re do it. I confronted the dr who said that he repaired a different tooth when I showed him the (3rd) one he said he fixed that was never authorized. I asked why would you repair something unauthorized and why would I not of felt you doing the work in my mouth? he said bc you said too. I asked him why would I have you repair a tooth that was never chipped make that make sense? This place will not work with me from the first minute leaving the chair. They won't adjust only say we have notes which again doesn't support the fact that I never auth or needed this service. The lady in the business office is like talking to "Karen"s twin sister "Karen" and I can't get any resolution off of them. I told them I won't pay a bill until it's reflected correctly. After numerous attempts nothing has been fixed. It's not about the money it's the principle for me and lying! Don't go here they will charge you for things you never asked for or needed!!!!

Everything went smoothly as far as insurance and pricing. My repairs were done quickly, painlessly, and the problematic reoccurring chip I had repaired has stayed fixed for almost two years now. (which is good compared to having it fixed every 6 months before) Scheduling was easy and I even had the option of getting email and text notifications about my appointments and scheduled cleanings. I also appreciated the flat screen TV connected to my tv. Seriously, if I totally got my moneys worth, my teeth fixed and I could watch Oprah. What more could I ask for?

They twice told me I needed a crown instead of fillings. I got one of the crowns done, and then switched insurance to a very expensive one so on Jan 1st I'd be able to get the other one done. (They were not happy I wanted to wait a month and a half to get a crown). I saw a new dentist in January and he said I just needed a deep filling, and looked over my X-rays and said I never needed the first crown. They upsold me on a laser gum treatment and told me insurance would cover it.... It covered $40? I paid the remaining $150 out of pocket. I also got a bill from them 7 months post service saying insurance didn't cover something. When I looked at my insurance, it was denied for failure to submit the claim in a timely fashion. It took 3 phone calls before I finally said: "it looks like it was denied because it wasn't submitted by your staff on time, is that what you're seeing on your end" and magically the bill disappeared. Great personalities, terrible people, terrible treatment.
