When I was 18 I had to find my own dentist, so I opened up the phone book (yes, I know, I just aged…read moremyself) closed my eyes, and pointed to a random one on the page. It happened to be Quality Dental Care. What a fearless and naive young adult I was- just blindly following the whims of fate. I was also pretty lucky because I ended up as a patient of Dr. Trumms for 12 years! I will be switching due to my insurance changing. And, let me tell you I'm seriously distraught over the situation. Hence- why I am writing this review. Looking into finding a new practice has shown me how lucky I have been over the years. While yes, there are several comfort features they offer to the more timid dental goers... I have established that I am fearless and never took the staff up on their offers of comfy blankets, TV's positioned above me, or massage chairs. What I found more appealing was the transparency in services. As the teeth nurses do their initial examination, they identify the strength of your gums and use a tiny camera to collect the data and input it into a computer to give you a visual. I no longer had to wonder how my teeth were doing because I was finding out in real time with their equipment. This is vastly different from other offices where the dentist just gives you the thumbs up or [thumbs] down. The Hygienists are knowledgable and always available for additional education if you prompt them. They stay very informed on the newest technologies including brushes, water picks, and types of toothpaste. They are seriously experts. I challenge you to ask them a question and wait for your mind to be blown. I can also attest that I have had many for years! It speaks volumes to find a staff so cohesive and long running... like Grey's Anatomy. They also communicate with ear pieces. If the doc is in the middle of a procedure, they will call for additional instruments instead of having to run in and out of the room. This increases the efficiency and reduces the amount of time one must spend in the chair with their mouth open in an obviously unflattering position. Speaking of flattering, shoutout to Brittany the real MVP of my glorious smile. The woman breaks it down for ya'. Instead of trying to compete with patients checking in at the front desk, there is a separate checkout desk to go over your visit and review charges. Goodbye surprise bills! She also helps you set up a follow up visit for your next cleaning. This is great because I would totally just run out the door and later find myself counting on my fingers how long its been since I had a cleaning. Now, I just have to glance at my calendar. Oh yeah, let's talk Trumm. He is a fantastic guy. A real family man. Every time I go in he gives me an update on the kiddos and asks how my life is going. Like seriously, so personable. He's also pretty great about adjusting lights so they aren't in my eyes and other little things that I'm currently blanking on. He has also saved me quite a bit of money. I have a spot on one of my teeth that any other doc would want to fill, but he has just been watching it. I love that he always takes the conservative approach. I can't tell you how many times this gent has saved me from uncomfortable procedures, down time, and excessive unnecessary spending. You can tell he really enjoys what he is doing and has fun. In my MANY years of coming here I have never been canceled on. I didn't realize what a big deal that is until I started my research of other offices. It really made me think, Dr. Trumm is the Bees knees. All in all, I'd say they're an iight group.

They treated me horrible. If that's the way you treat family then I feel sorry for your family. To…read moredemand lots of money upfront and not CARE how much pain you're in and if you ask for a pain medicine you get treated like you're an addict. It was a very unfriendly, cold place. They don't care about you they only care about themselves.

The team is super professional yet genuinely friendly--they've known me forever, remember details from past visits, and always explain everything clearly without any pressure or upsells. As someone who used to be pretty nervous about the dentist as a child, I now look forward to appointments knowing I'm in trusted, expert hands. What keeps me coming back is their use of top-notch technology that makes everything quick, painless, and minimally invasive, plus thorough but gentle cleanings and proactive care from Dr. Mack Greder II. The office is modern, impeccably clean, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating that instantly puts you at ease. Hands down 5 stars--I can't recommend them enough for kids, families, or anyone with lingering dental anxiety. They've had my trust since day one, and I'll be a patient for life. Dr. Greder is a great communicator; he gives a thorough explanation of all options available along with the short & long term repercussions. His bedside manner is equally as effective with my kids, explaining how they are succeeding in their dental care and challenging them to improve.

One time I had an over $600 refund, because they made me pay for the whole thing upfront rather than billing my insurance and then billing me. Therefore, they held onto my money for about six months. Just one issue there are three other huge issues with the billing department as well. With me getting a refund of my money each time. I did try and share it with your office. I was dismissed and treated in the most unprofessional manner. Which is why you got the review that you got on social media.

Rachel did half the deep scaling & root planing to attack my periodontal disease...left side first. One week later when I returned, to get the right side done, left side was already improved significantly... pockets had shrunk by a whole millimeter and my gums were tightening up nicely!! I got 3 new crowns and some other work done, and I'm not quite finished yet, but am well on my way to a healthier mouth, more correct bite and whiter smile. They were wonderfully thorough, and explained everything to me in detail. I felt quite engaged in the entire process. On a scale of 1 to 5, Dr. Falbo & her team definitely get 5 stars from me! After 26 years as a patient, I was shocked by how this office handled my situation…read more Dr. Hoover has always been kind, but the front office and billing were aggressive, inconsistent, and extremely difficult to deal with. I was told a procedure would be covered and that it would be verified in advance. It was not, due to insurance frequency limits. I was later told I owed around $360, which was very disturbing because I would have paid it immediately if that had been accurate. After reviewing my insurance records in detail, I found the actual disputed amount was only $90 -- a major difference that was never clearly explained. In trying to resolve this, I was told a courtesy adjustment was applied, but it was applied to a different tooth than the one in question (#10 vs #11). There also appeared to be a resubmission of the same work under a different code, which contributed to the insurance denial and confusion over what was actually owed. When I attempted to clarify this, including speaking with the doctor's wife, the interaction became confrontational. When I pointed out that the courtesy had been applied to the wrong tooth and that the claim had already been paid under another entry, I was challenged in an aggressive tone and asked how I knew that. My response was simply that these are my insurance records and my teeth, and I had reviewed the documentation carefully. I was also given conflicting information about a required $50 deposit, which added to the confusion and lack of trust in how the billing was being handled. After raising these concerns, I was dismissed from the practice. After 26 years, I was treated like a problem instead of a patient.
