Reiteration Review Time: Texan B's BBQ Food Truck…read more I remember the first time I tried this food truck; and who can say no to a place that is claiming to provide true Texas bbq. I was extremely impressed then, but now it is time to try the new concoctions Gabriel Mason has added to his successful endeavor of feeding us locals. So today we tried the Loaded Texas Nachos and the Bull Sandwhich with potato salad and Mexican corn. I am absolutely in love with their blueberry chipotle bbq sauce. It is a perfectly balanced, slightly sweet bbq sauce; which is on all of their bbq offerings. This massive pile of crispy salty chips with their over the top, smoke ringed, ultra moist, cure your craving Texas brisket with melted cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, bbq sauce, and hot sauce was out of this world; and is more than enough for four people to eat. The Bull sandwich was loaded with moist smokey pulled pork and some of the best gator sausage I have ever had; which was stuffed in between a super soft cheddar jalapeño bun. The chunky ultra creamy sour cream based potato salad was amazingly fresh, but the street corn was just as fresh with a light dusting of seasoning goodness. Update: Alright…read more.. this one's on me. After going back and creeping on Rollo's Seafood photos on Yelp, I realized I played myself a little. There was a picture of folks sitting around a table enjoying a full-on seafood feast, and my brain immediately went, "Oh nice... lunch spot." So I roll up ready to order and sit down... only to discover there are exactly zero dining facilities. Cue the confusion. Took a closer look at that photo later and--yep--that's somebody's house, not Rollo's. Pretty safe bet those folks bought their seafood there and took it home like responsible adults, instead of assuming it was a restaurant like I did. So if you're heading there, just know: this is a take-it-home-and-do-it-right kind of place, not a sit-down joint. Lesson learned... and honestly, still worth the stop.

If no game, then just for the fact that service is quicker and there is usually no wait. Yesterday being New Year's Eve, the restaurant was crowded and we again went to the bar. There were two open seats, only at opposite sides, so I sat and we were going to wait for 2 open seats. I noticed a couple getting ready to leave and I told my husband to go wait behind them so we could sit and eat together. A couple came up at that time and the man said to me that they had been there long before us and the seats were his!! Mind you nobody was there prior to our arriving. After we moved, she hurried and took an extra chair over and made people move over for them (something that was NOT offered to us) and she proceeded to totally and very obviously ignored us the whole time we were there. Thank goodness for the guy who was working or we never would've got any service. We were treated horrendously by this nasty little girl, and we will be rethinking our choices in the future.
