I asked for a refund and she told there was no refund on saltwater fish. My point, however, is that the policy needs to be a little flexible in certain circumstances such a a fish dying in less than 12 hrs. I believe that I should of gotten a full refund or store credit. The manager would not agree to any reimbursement what so ever. That's gggreat customer service. Wont shop in that store anymore.

I bought it on their website, so it was mailed to me. The expiration date was for the end of April (30 days away). I called to complain and they told me it was clearly marked on their website. It wasn't marked at the top of the page by the product name & it wasn't marked by the order button. It was marked below all of that in a place that I never scrolled to because I didn't need to. Very poor business practice selling expired product without clearly marking it.
