I am absolutely in AWE of this place. The second you walk in the place is immaculate! So clean and organized to a T!! The associates are so welcoming and helpful! They are very knowledgeable about every animal I asked about! Not a question I asked stumped anyone. I bought a bunny from here! She's simply adorable and amazing, my whole family is in love with Aria! They have such a great variety of bedding, food, toys, pet care and treats to choose from! And omg.... In the back of the store is the amazing thing I'm going to take advantage of very soon, a self doggie wash! You can bring in your puppy or dog and wash them yourself, they provide EVERY SINGLE THING, rub, shampoo, conditioner, dryer, treats. Super clean, wonderful pet store with a great selection. The dog bakery is absolutely wonderful and I got to buy some very cute (and according to my pup Cody, delicious) treats for his 1 year birthday!!!! I also got to buy him some very fun toys. The employees are always really nice and super helpful, and the cute orange resident cat is adorable. I like to keep my kitties on a natural diet and there are many different brands here. They also have more natural litters than the usual stores. They have cute cats who need homes too. Clem needs baths every other day for the next seven days with special shampoo because of dermatitis (dry skin) and clean up after a Clem bath is a PITA so we took the girls to Chow Hound to take advantage of the self service bathtubs. Chow Hound is very clean and the wash rooms are big enough that we could fit both Clem (75 pounds) and Mina (50 pounds) in one tub. We brought our own shampoo for the dry skin but they do provide a huge selection of shampoo, conditioners, ear cleaners, cotton balls, brushes, combs, towels, and a dryer. We are glad we brought extra towels from home because even though towels are provided, it's limited to two per dog and extras are 75 cents. Mina is terrified of the blower, so towels are a necessity and the towels that are provided, although convenient, would probably only dry a very damp ten pound dog. The rooms were super clean compared to any other dog wash we have been to and the water sprayers were amazing. The temperature was easy to control and the water pressure was truly exceptional. We were also impressed with the drainage system in the tub. We are dealing with dogs after all and they are hairy creatures, so we have run into tubs that have a hard time draining after taking on all that soap, water and dog hair. This tub handled two dogs like a champ. The blowers were nice (Clem is not afraid of the blowers) because the tube was long and it was controlled by a simple light switch, but the air was not warm (it was barely even cool) which meant it took a LOT longer to dry a 75 pound australian shepherd. In the end we had to finish her coat off with a towel. The one thing I wish the room would have had was a chair, stool or ledge for me to put my bag and jacket up. There were small hooks to hang things but after we hung the dogs' harnesses, the dogs' bag and our towel bag, my bag and our coats were on the floor. In the winter I'm guessing a lot of stuff gets wet in those rooms. Another thing to be aware of is the room is as Mr. MVP said "like being in a dog wash zoo". The door to the room is large and glass, so everyone, including every dog, who walks by looks in to see what is happening. One very barky and very large german shepherd and their owner decided to sit in front of the door for over ten minutes, so the woman could command the dog to sit over and over and over while the dog barked non-stop. This got Mina very excited and she was running around the room like a maniac whining. For people with shy dogs or (like Mina) overly friendly dogs, not every human has the manners to take their barking german shepherd and keep moving. The baths were $10 and $12 each and then we have a frequency card for a free bath after 10 visits. For us it's a great solution to our current every other day dog bath problem. **A note to whomever designed the store: most dogs will eat anything you put at their eye level including $3 five inch blue frosted treats their owners do not want them to have and $2.50 rawhides that their owners definitely do not want them to have. Open crates of toys at dog eye level in the pet store is one thing, but putting open boxes of treats is not thoughtful and almost dangerous. Mina is fast and on our way out she shopped for and ate (I paid for it later) a blue frosted treat before Mr. MVP could stop her. On her way in to the store she almost got a rawhide but I was able to stop her. Thankfully Mina doesn't have any food allergies, but our dogs eat a limited ingredient diet and our best guess is that blue cookie does not fall anywhere near her ingredient list. Maybe put the open crates and boxes on a higher shelf. read more

Every animal I saw there when I went Wednesday had issues, ALL of the reptiles were missing toes, had stuck shed and looked horrible. One was blind and eyes were infected yet they were still trying to sell them as a healthy pet for $75. They shouldn't be selling animals in that condition at all, let alone for $75. I felt horrible leaving them there, they NEED to be rescued but I am not willing to pay that to get them away from a pet store who obviously do not know what they're doing. read more
