I called, spoke with the owner and all she could give me was an "I'm sorry" and that "they didn't know it happened". As a professional, shouldn't you check your work and ensure the animal is safe and comfortable?? Do NOT take your dog here because their lack of empathy and professionalism is sup par. None of their process was explained to me. From 5-7:30 they did nothing but stress out an animal unnecessarily. I will not be returning and ask that you consider whether warehousing animals to increase the amount of grooms in a day is humane.
