What was meant to be a quick stop, turned into wasting an hour of my time. Your employees also are terrible at catching fish and almost never offer to help. Always have to search for an employee for help. The new Pac-Man "desktop" pet are cruel and inhumane. They should have a regulated temperature home and proper care guides. What's the point in asking what the size of your tank is and how many fish you have, if you're not going to treat the rest of your animals with the same respect.

It was too late to call the store. This morning the tang was dead. I went back to the store explained to the manager{?} that the fish had a white spot on the fin which suggested that the fish was sick and died in less than 12hrs. I asked for a refund and she told there was no refund on saltwater fish. My point, however, is that the policy needs to be a little flexible in certain circumstances such a a fish dying in less than 12 hrs. I believe that I should of gotten a full refund or store credit. The manager would not agree to any reimbursement what so ever. That's gggreat customer service. Wont shop in that store anymore.

I would like to preface this by saying I love this store and the people there are GOOD people, but the bad review is about a product they carry. I purchased Dog Rocks to make my dogs' urine stop turning the grass yellow. These were heavily promoted by someone at the store as working, and they are not cheap. Well, they didn't work, and when I researched these online, not only did I find they are basically a huge scam, but I found that the reason for the discoloration on the lawn is caused by ammonia, which in turn is a result of NORMAL KIDNEY FUNCTION. So even if they worked, would I really want to give my dogs something that alters their kidney function just to make my grass look better? More research showed if they DO anything, they just filter the impurities from the water in the water dish, and do not change the ph level in my dogs' urine, which is determined by kidney function. I wish I had looked into this first and really thought it through before spending the money on them. And nice people at the store, please do your research. I know you care about animals and your customers, but I think someone pulled a fast one on you, and you should just stop selling these.

I was confident that my dog would look great. Unfortunately, when I picked him up, I didn't complain about his appearance. She did tell me if there was anything more I wanted done to tell her. There is nothing she could have done to make him look better. He is an elderly Maltese and I keep his hair long. I asked that he have his tummy trimmed, not to cut any hair off the ears. I also explained he gets food in the hair. Had asked for a clean shaven face. She suggested a poodle cut. I thought she meant for the face only. It looks like she attempted a poodle cut on the legs as well. He looks like my 7 year old granddaughter groomed him. I will not recommend this salon based on Teddy's appearance after he was groomed. I supposed if you have a dog that doesn't require specialized grooming, they would be fine. Definitely not for a Maltese based on my experience. When I'm in AZ on vacation, I will be going to the groomer I've used and would highly recommend. Teddy always came out looking like a show dog. Kathy LaPose

The ladies at Geddes did a fine job handling him. Our other dog is a golden retriever named Gabe who I wanted to have groomed for bird hunting season, basically just taking off his burr-attracting feathering on his legs, belly and tail, and of course a toenail trim. I could not have been happier with the result. Although the groomer had not ever done this, she used resources that showed her a gun dog "sport cut," and nailed it. He looked great. She even pointed out a small yeast infection the old fellow had going on his chest and suggested how to get rid of it with cider vinegar. It worked! Am taking Gabe back for what might be his last bird hunting season as he's close to 11 years old now. He might be slower than he used to be in the woods, but he'll be looking better than ever.
