They asked my husband for some photos, gave him an estimate, and sent someone over that afternoon. The plumber was running late but kept us informed about when he would be arriving. Once he got here, he was very courteous, professional, and did what he had to do. He answered our questions clearly in layman's terms for us to understand. A second plumber stopped by briefly to help him. We paid what was originally quoted to us. We were very satisfied with the quality of work done and now have a new favorite go-to plumbing company to call on!

Basically says that I need to completely redo my pipes because the plumbing is extremely old and falling apart with pictures and video After contacting 535 plumbing they asked what could they do to make it right. I told them that I'd like 50% back. They came back and said after careful inspection we cannot give you back 50% so I'm not really sure what they were going to do for me. Their process is extremely broken because at the bottom of the receipt and work order. It says that the line manager has the final say but I never got a call or email from the line manager saying that the initial report was 100% wrong. All I got was an estimate for replumbing the entire drains but nothing that said that the report was erroneous after having three other plumbers come out, which they all agreed the pipes needed to be replaced. I didn't get a video or pictures of the pipe. Only a small paragraph that said nothing abnormal noticed. I'm not a plumber that's why I'm paying plumbing companies to come out and do the work and I trust that they're going to do their best so I cannot be the one to verify their work. But but in the end I really need my plumbing to work and not feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. Eventually the owner caught wind of this and called me up. Credited me back $100 but I wish I had seen the reviews that this company has gotten in the past few months. I don't know if something changed there but I'm glad it's not just me that's dealing with this

Now this was early evening and no water since we shut the valve. Next morning, got a text asking when we were available and got our appointment! They came and found source of leak, spent 3.5 hours replacing pipes and I got water. When it was completed, we went to test all my faucets to check water levels. After calling everyone I could think of, including the board of water supply, with no one providing any help, I typed in "plumbers" into Yelp and started cold calling down the list. First Class Plumbing was the third company listed but the first one that seemed to care. I was warned that I was calling after hours so I'd have an emergency fee if I wanted service now... I joked "fine - this is an emergency" and was told I'd get a call back as soon as they could get ahold of one of their plumbers. I went back to trying to heave buckets of water into a nearby sink and received a call back 15 minutes later. The plumber was so calm, and after hearing that I was still dealing with gushing water, explained to me how to stop the water flow. He asked me to send him pictures of the burst pipe and the faucet and got off the phone to price everything out including replacing the pipes and faucet. After doing all that work he told me what the cost would be and then said it was no worries if given the price I didn't want to continue on - or at least wait until it wasn't an emergency (an extra $150 charge). I said I definitely wanted the service and he came right out and fixed the burst pipe. I would already have been raving about this place for their competent service if it had been a normal scheduled appointment. But the fact that this company and the plumber were there for me when no one else was, and went above and beyond walk me through how to stop the problems and extremely quickly look into part costs for me before I ever even agreed to the service has made me a loyal customer forever!
